18. Knowing people in the legal profession here in Los Angeles who work in family court you learn quickly that the family court in Los Angeles is huge, and as such is known to make errors. Not all the judges put the best interest of the child in the forefront. Taking the child from his mother immediately- during court, with NO consideration for the damage that this does to a small child/toddler, and then scheduling the next hearing for a month away (with no visitation to see or have contact with his mother in the meantime) is hurtful to the CHILD; even if it obviously rewards the dad (who can afford to bankroll a great lawyer).

Way to go judge, punish the mom for taking the child to...where?... the San Diego zoo? and for having different beliefs then the dad and his old lady girlfriend? Oh and then yes that's right let dad and new girlfriend (who now has more parental rights then the bio mom...wtf?) take the baby to Hawaii for a month (or until you actually see them in court again) and at the same time foster alienation to the mother....yes....way to go judge....you showed that mom, and you showed how you demonstrate justice to us all.

20. What a shame; to snatch the child away from his mother like that! Talk about trauma! I remember at first when he knocked her up he denied it was even his child and wanted nothing to DO with him! Sounds to me he's just being vindictive....it's true celebs don't go by the rules like the rest of us and always get their way.How wrong.He's such an a$$hole!! I hope the mother fights this and gets the kid back!

22. I don't know who he is i don't watch lost but the mother accuses him and Barbar Hershey of poisioning the kid ...that mother needs help I hope the little boy will be okay .....they both seems to love him best wishes to all......

24. How utterly rotten! Take him from the mother for what seems like 1 mistake! Barbara Hershey is the freakin whack job! I have heard she was into voodoo. This is an outrage, what a bastard this guy is! He cheated on Babs with this chick and got her pregnant and there is Hershey walking right beside him like she is the s**t! Total c**t!

25. What a travesty! This judge should be impeach...Taking the baby away from her mother because she left L.A County and giving him to the father and his mistress so they can take him to Hawai? How much money did Naveen Andrews paid this Judge? Something is really wrong here, very wrong....Mr. Andrews is a very angry man and Barbara Hershey, his "companion," a very strange and wickey woman...Look at her face in the picutre, it remind me of EVIL at his best.-

The mother should go to TV, expose the case to a large audience and fight for her baby.- I beleive her. Naveen and Barbara are guilty of something and the judge is whith them is this travesty of justice!

26. Here's the deal. She violated the terms of the custody agreement.

This isn't about celebrities and money. This is about a woman who is alleged to have kept the child away from his father, in violation of the custody agreement. She also left L.A. County with the child, again in violation of the custody agreement. If I remember correctly from the whole Britney Spears custody stuff, in the state of California you must get permission from the other parent if you leave the country, the county, or the state with the child.

She's lucky she's just bawling on the court steps and not sitting inside of a jail cell!! She violated the custody agreement, thus violating the law. PERIOD!! I don't feel sorry for her at all!!

27. My heart goes out to this woman. The decision was made on the spot to transfer custody and send the poor child off to Hawaii. Talk about "out of the area"!

28. Elena is a wonderful mother, and Naveen, loves and adores his mother. A child needs both parents, please think of the little boy, and give him the best gift, a mother and father that are at peace and think of the child first.
