31. I have to say I'm very proud of Naveen for standing up for his son. From the start Elena Eustache has appeared unstable in the media (her quick attempt to push her son into acting, which seems to have been put to an end by Naveen, was one of her attempts to use her son for fame but there have been others) and someone only has to look her up on youtube (she has two videos of herself there - acting reels of some sort) to see this woman appears to mentally disturbed. I know it is hard to hear of a son being taken from his Mother but think of what this Mother has become. I truly believe the child is much better off in Naveen's care. As for people saying she didn't desevre to have her son taken away for simply taking him out of county, I ask you to please remember that we don't know WHY she took him and more likely than not she has proved unstable in various ways (anyone who has seen her in the media should know that) and this was simply a good legal chance to get the child in a better home.

33. Look at Barbara Hershey's face...she looks NOTHING like she used to, due to an obsessive desire to look young. Women that do that to their faces are the nut jobs! That poor mother! How can they just take the kid without some sort of transitional period? The courts have too much power and the celebs PAY for justice!

35. If keeping her custodial rights was such a priority, why did she violate it? It's black and white on paper, she agreed to it. I have no sympathy for parents who do that, they could have petitioned the court to have a larger area to go to.
