62. The mother is being punished for taking her child beyond L.A. county without permission.

Yet Mr. Andrews is being allowed to take the child to Hawaii. How the hell is the mother supposed to visit him when he's all the way over there?

This is a punitive measure. I know there's more to the story, but the child should be kept closer to home.

64. A while back she got a bit part in Eurpopean film. Little Naveen was cst as her son and sudently he had a page on IMDB that full of pictures. His picture was on his mothers IMDB page as well as the film's page. They disappeared after about a week. I think Naveen had the explotation of his son stopped. He has been very active in the raising of the child.

65. Ask yourself why would a judge take a child from it's biological mother? Doesn't happen unless there is a reason. Obviously the judge saw a reason due to the mothers behavior. Maybe he is in better hands with Naveen and Barbara at least a judge thought so. As for comment #14 screw you Naveen Andrews is one hell of a hottie. Hey Barbara you have to be one of the luckiest women on the planet because he is GORGEOUS!!!! Hold onto him because if I had the chance he'd be ALL MINE!!!!

He's so good you don't realize he's British, that his real accent is heavy British to boot, and this his parents are Indian.

68. Stupid people assume actora are the same as characters on TV. Anyone educated would know that Naveen is British born and Indian ethicity.

Don't assume brown people are 'all alike'. That's like saying white Republicans and Democrats are alike since they are same skin.

70. so big deal, she took the kid out of state, that doesn't require taking him from his mother who is the major nurturer at this young age! separation from mother can be very damaging. this goes to show you that judges (as refered in #6 by kay) don't always know best for children! family rulings must be changed. as a great- grandparent who was recently denied visitation for my two young great-grandchildren ,i have great disgust for the judge who presided and could not see thru the made up and twisted lies of those against me. i am being kept from children who always waited for my visit and asking what took me so long as i live on the east coast and they on the west. when you are part of a childs life from birth and suddenly cut off, the children suffer badly as they take something from everyone they are connected to.

72. I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss the mother's claims that Barbara practices witch craft. Don't you all remember her changing her last name to "Seagull" from Hershey because she believed the spirit of a seagull entered her body? She eventually changed her name to "Hershey-Seagull" and finally went back to just "Hershey". She could barely get a job acting during that period because everyone thought she was nuts. Around the same time, on a lesser note, she had a child with David Carradine. They named the boy "Free" so he could also be as free as a seagull. Now this judge allows someone elses child to be alone with this woman? I feel so sorry for the mother.

74. I'm a law abidibg citizen and have never even had a traffic ticket, but if some judge told me I had to leave my child alone with Barbara Hershey, I'd flee the country if I had to in order to protect my child.

75. Hershey is a witch....possible.

The mother screwed up because she did abide by the conditions.

This happened to a friend of mine a few years back. The mother would not let him see his son, even though he made support payments, etc.

The judge ruled in his favor.

As for being a 'whack job'....maybe not.
