108. Comment #8 - First, Naveen was raised in England of Indian/ English parents... he is not Middle Eastern. He PLAYS a Republican Guard on the show... that is NOT real life. Second, if you're going to accuse people of poisoning your child, you had better have toxicology reports (some people think you poison children by giving them sugar) so if she is making wild accusations - the lawyer was right in having a psyche eval. on the girl. She sounds obsessed.

110. I'm sorry, but the woman is right. The child a) should have been taken to the hospital to determine if he is being harmed, but instead Ms. Wasser calles mom a psycho and b)shouldn't be allowed off the mainland just because Daddy has to work. How is that any different than her taking him out of LA county? She is right....celebrities get what they want because they can afford to buy what or who they want. Hollywood justice is a joke, and this woman doesn't have a prayer. I feel sorry for her. Add to the fact that he's middle eastern, and you can be sure that kid will never live under her roof again.

113. I would like to amend my comment about Naveen being middle eastern. I made that judgement based solely on looks and not facts.

Am I middle eastern racist...you bet. To date, because of the Middle East.....more than 6000 americans have been killed between the two wars and 9/11 all in the name of GOD!! I wish the middle east would blow them selves up, and leave us the hell alone. They scare the hell out of me...all of them. There's no compassion, no respect and they train their children to be fighters. I hate that the US needs the middle east, and while I support our troops, I desperately want them home. If two religions cannot live in peace, that's their problem. If they don't want freedoms and rights...that's their problem....if they want to blow each other (and themselves) up, that's their problem. The innocent victims over there are loosing their lives because NO one cares about anyone. PERIOD!!.

To the middle easterners living in the US....SPEAK ENGLISH. You may not have been part of the problem, but you're not helping your cause by getting in your little clusters and speaking arabic. SPEAK ENGLISH and perceptions will change.

114. I love stories like this. I am a woman and I see women everyday who shouldn't have their kids and only want the child support money they get to spend on themselves. See what happens when you don't follow a court order? I wish more judges had the balls to rule in favor of the non-custodial parent when court orders are broken by the custodial parent. Maybe then we wouldn't have so many f'd up kids in this world.

117. Thank God the system is finally working for those who are good dads. I married a man who has a daughter from a previous relationship and we had our battles in court with the baby mama drama. She will always use the child against him by not allowing to see his daughter or threaten to take his daughter away. This dads pay childsupport and do what the court ask of them. I understand that they are bad fathers out there but also they are good fathers. But in this case the judge did the right thing. And to all the baby mama's: STOP USING YOUR CHILDREN AS A WEAPON TO GET BACK AT YOUR EX'S. YOU ARE ONLY HURTING YOUR CHILDREN!!!!!

119. Are all of us forgetting that there is YOUNG, INNOCENT CHILD in the middle of this? Who gives a crap whether his father is "hot"?!?! It doesn't matter that the father is with a much older woman, that he created the child while split from this older woman... Yes, he made very poor choices when the pregnancy became public. Barbara Hershey (Seagull) has some definite issuses in her PAST-30yrs PAST-but the judge obviously found some sort of foundation to grant him full custody of the child. I feel for all parties involved, but we DO NOT KNOW all that has gone on... only what IS BEING REPORTED. Come on people!!! Act like you have some intelligence!!!!! My prayers are for the WELL BEING OF THE CHILD!!!!

120. Hi y'all , can't believe I am posting this on TMZ but I just had to. I was almost moved to tears seeing the mom in the situation and the look of pretention on PLASTIC/CRAZY Barbara Hershey's ugly mug! To #'s 3, 4, 5,6 etc. all of you who passed judgement on this mother etc. ...this scenario happened to me: in which my rich, caucasion mother (see analogy between actors and the lay person), in a conservative Southern Cali county was granted guardianship (different from custody thank god) of my child. We were in and out of court from the time my child was 10 months old until he was 6! Please don't judge on things you have never been through. Bad mother???? Good reason to take a child away from a mother??? For taking him out of the area???? So when you have a child you are supposed to be chained to one city (yeah yeah, I know it was a court order but I am SURE she didn't take him to Vegas to pimp him out, right?) Anyway, just so all of you folks who have never been through this understand...my child is now 14 years old, he has been raised by the rich, white lady who birthed me since age 6, with me allowed NO contact-so the comment about this mother not allowing this actor to see his child works BOTH ways folks!. My lovely mother is violating a court order by not allowing me to see my child, but do you think I can get the courts to take him away from her??? HELL no!, So now what is my child doing??? Well because my child was given to a person who was so messed up, that child now spends his days and nights in juvenile hall for sporting a gun at school. NOW do you think this was such a good decision?
All I am saying is, don't judge until you can see it happening to you, it sucks! And for the record, I am a college educated bi-racial woman...and I haven't seen my child since the day the courts took him away at 6, and I can GUARANTEE you that he would never have access to a gun or anything else had I have been allowed to raise him.
