16. She is an idiot who got drunk and got behind the wheel of a car..if she had wrecked and killed someone, would you have felt sorry for her? Or if she had wrecked and gotten beat up in the wreck, would you feel sorry for her? The cop tried to keep her in the room and she kept trying to leave and kept resisting, whining and crying like a little child - She deserved something, though if he had to turn the camera off, he planned to beat her to a pulp - he was seriously pissed. That is where he went wrong. He should have gotten another cop to help him restrain her. There should be bars bolted to the walls to handcuff loonies like this woman to. The negligence is on the part of the county for not providing a way to restrain these people appropriately and on the cop who KNEW he was going to do something illegal - it was premeditated battery. He SHOULD have lost his job and faced charges. She should still go to jail for her crimes as well. Again, if she had been driving and killed someone because she was a stinkin drunk who couldn't even walk, much less drive...we would all want to beat the crap out of her.

17. Oh my gosh I couldn't believe what I was watching. Where did all that blood come from? And all he got for this was fired? This has got to stop. Ever since they started taking God out of everything the world is going to hell in a hand basket. no one cares about any ones rights any more. As I see it, if we don't turn it around and change our ways towards each other we will be going the way of the dinosaurs. And from the looks of it it may not be so far off.

Drunk drivers kill more people than anything on the streets...BUT cop has burnout and should get a good beat down in return-if it`s eye for eye and all that.Lowpay and stress.... but a badge is a lic2 kill and cops do take payoff to kill and judges take pay off`s and the whole system is falling apart.Stay at home if you can...don`t give them a way to beat you down.You can defend your home legally but on the streets it`s a death zone.Drunks should be locked up before they hurt anyone....but this is way out`a line.

21. Just fired? There was no attempted murder charge or grevious bodily harm charges brought against him? As the pool of blood suggests, it wasn't just her face that took a beating and the camera being turned off shoes it's a deliberate act of violence intended to cause as much damage to the person as possible. The thing is, with drunks over here (Britain) they are usually kept in a holding cell overnight to calm down and have public obstruction and or drunken and disorderly charges brought against them then let off with a caution but if they have been violent or commit a serious crime they are almost always in court the next day under a custody case taken straight from the holding cell. It's crazy what some cops think they can get away with.

22. Are you all nuts. This lady got exactly what she deserved. Get a life people. She should have sat when she was told too.
But the stupid drunk just kept getting up. Everyone can blame the cop all they want but had she listened and did what she was told this wouldn't have happened. I dont believe I heard him say You are under arrest for DUI. That is usually done after the test have been performed for it I believe. Not 100% sure though. After you are arrested then you may ask for a phone call. They have a set timelime in which test for DUI must be administered. If nothing else she should have received a DUI, Disorderly Conduct, and aggravated Stupidity. The easy solution to all of this is : KEEP YOUR DRUNK REAREND at home and not endanger the lives of innocent people. Watching this video you dont know what brought this on. Was she driving, caused an accident, or just walking down the street. You are only seeing what people want you to see. Even though I believe alittle excess force was used like face meeting the wall, that was brought on by her. Maybe next time someone should MACE her in the face and then maybe she would shut that mouth and sit down. I pray everyday for my husband who is a policeman that has to deal with stupid crap like this. Although he has never used this type of force I know he has been spit on, puked on, and swung at by gutter trash. Maybe they should just let them all alone and have them kill someone close to you, THEN and only THEN will you stop blaming the cops.

23. Yep, the cop went toooo far....Louisiana has a history of hiring bad cops.... not all are bad, but those that are get jobs in Louisiana when no one else will hire them. I drove from Texas to Florida in October and let out a sigh of relief after getting through LA without an incident. I wasn't driving drunk, though, just speeding.....

25. I don't know how they do it in La. but in Ga. they put you in a holding cell until your sober enough to contain yourself, then they finger print and talk to you. If you notice in the video he threw her so hard into the wall that you can see his leg come up off the floor like he was losing his balance. I'm all for cops doing there JOB but this was uncalled for. She shouldn't of drinking and driving but there are other ways he could of handle this. She was handcuffed so it's not like he was defending himself, and if she was that unruly he should of had another officer come in the room with him.

Robo cop needs to be reprogrammed.....AND it`s to late...watch them break down everywhere....stress,low pay and bad training.Judges on the take and unions telling good cops to shut the H up.Head cop of my old town tryed to run me over and off the street on my motorcycle....I moved...bad cop changed to traffic light bt remote and tryed hit again....I moved bad cop ran stop light and tryed to kill me while I was jogging...Still here.More bad cops than good cops but I still count on that good cops to stop the bad cops.Bad judges thats a whole book...Guns kill, beat downs are for burntOUTss cops.Catch 22.You can`t fight them you can only hide or movie or get a billion dollars and buy them off and buy the judges off but they`ll still kill ya off.
