49. 18. Are you all nuts. This lady got exactly what she deserved. Get a life people. She should have sat when she was told too.
But the stupid drunk just kept getting up. Everyone can blame the cop all they want but had she listened and did what she was told this wouldn't have happened. I dont believe I heard him say You are under arrest for DUI. That is usually done after the test have been performed for it I believe. Not 100% sure though. After you are arrested then you may ask for a phone call. They have a set timelime in which test for DUI must be administered. If nothing else she should have received a DUI, Disorderly Conduct, and aggravated Stupidity. The easy solution to all of this is : KEEP YOUR DRUNK REAREND at home and not endanger the lives of innocent people. Watching this video you dont know what brought this on. Was she driving, caused an accident, or just walking down the street. You are only seeing what people want you to see. Even though I believe alittle excess force was used like face meeting the wall, that was brought on by her. Maybe next time someone should MACE her in the face and then maybe she would shut that mouth and sit down. I pray everyday for my husband who is a policeman that has to deal with stupid crap like this. Although he has never used this type of force I know he has been spit on, puked on, and swung at by gutter trash. Maybe they should just let them all alone and have them kill someone close to you, THEN and only THEN will you stop blaming the cops.

Are you high right now? This lady did NOT deserve a beating drunk or not and that piece of sh*t cop had no right to beat her. Are you gonna side with a cop if one beat a member of your family like that? That cop should be charged with aggravated assault or attempted murder, just because one wears a badge does not mean he or she is above the law. Cops like this are a disgrace to the badge.

50. I sent this video to my brother, who is a sheriff.

He said the man should be prosecuted for attempted murder or at least assualt and the woman has an excellent case for a lawsuit. Especially since he 1) turned off the camera and 2) did this to a handcuffed drunk.

If all DUI arrestees looked like this, it may stop a few from killing innocent people. Post the mutilated, burned, and dis-membered bodies of innocent victims, and then say this women was wronged.

She reaped what she sowed, if the cop overstepped his authority, so be it, adjudicate it.

All DUI offenders ought to take a good look at that woman , and her face. I am glad she killed no one that night.

Better procedures would have stopped her from being injured, they need to get them in place. I believe any DUI suspect , once proven to be under the influence, should restrained in a restraint chair ASAP. If they get dropped on their head in the process, or roughed up because they resist, so be it.

Once you drive a vehicle loaded or wasted, you are PERSONA NON GRATA.

55. It's interesting to me that some have made the claim that, after being bullied in high school they become cops and tend to become bully's themselves with a badge. At least five of my former school mates, who were picked on because of their tiny stature, are now cops. Everyone in town refers to our police dept. as the "Lord Farquad Squad" because over half of the force are under 5' 8, and because of their "little man" complexes and their overzealousness. I'm far from being a shrink but it seems to me that there's some truth to these claims.
