91. WTF, did the cops edit this or whatnot, there seems to be a good chunk of the story missing, where did all the blood come from?? Poor lady, some cops just get off on asserting their athority when they know damn well people cant fight back without getting in more trouble. I got pulled over for some bogus reason, and i was on the phone with my dad at the time, and the cop was harassing me and kept trying to make me hang up until i handed the phone over to him to talk to my father, who just so happens to be a lawyer. 2 mins later he let me off with a "warning" and i was on my way. o, i was pulled over for speeding, when i was getting on a entrance ramp, i have a chevy cavalier, i dont think my car can even go as fast as they said i was!!

100. That is beyond disturbing. I hope this piece of crap cop knows how worthless he is every day when he looks in the mirror. I hope his family has seen this and looks at him with disgust everyday for the rest of his life. I hope his grandchildren see this and know what a monster he is. I have no tolerance for stupid drunk people so that lady would have gotten on my last nerve too. But that's when you put her in a cell and not deal with her. I can't believe he waited so long to go get help with all that blood on the floor next to her. And he touched her leg like he actually cared. You my friend are a worthless human being. It was PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for her to do what she was told and show even an ounce of common sense. Good God, you can't even walk in a straight line, touch your finger to your nose or recite the alphabet when you're drunk so why on earth would you expect her to follow instructions. 105. I'm almost 70 now and I remember back when I was 12 or 13 I was in New Orleans visiting my Grandparents. I had heard about the corrupt cops from my grand parents and I saw how the cops treated folks for doing absolutely nothing but being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I've never since seen such burtality and viciousness shown by a cop. Anyone that goes to New Orleans or for that matter anyone that goes to Louisiana has to be mad. The whole administration is corrupt along with the police commisioner and the police troops. Looks like nothing has changed in a looooong time.
