TMZ has learned Kevin Costner was rushed to the hospital Tuesday.
It happened in Hollywood, at around 10 AM. We're told Costner was driving to a meeting when he began feeling ill and lightheaded -- so bad he pulled over and called 911. As he waited for paramedics, we're told Costner began vomiting.
Costner was taken by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he was held overnight for tests. We're told the tests were normal and he was released yesterday.

I AM SO GLAD HE CALLED FOR HELP..8 YEARS AGO I HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN..BUT I HAD JUST GOTTEN OUT OF MY VEHICLE..IT WAS A PRE STROKE WAKE UP CALL..AN HOUR LATER I WAS AT THE HOSPITAL..THEY MIS-DIAGNOSED AND A WEEK LATER I REALLY DID HAVE A STROKE..THEY CONFIRMED IT THIS TIME..TELLING ME THAT I HAD HAD A STROKE AND WAS HAVING ANOTHER....HE DID A GOOD THING FOR HIMSELF..ALL THOSE THAT ARE THE SO CALLED "DOCTORS" NEED TO GET UPDATED ON SOME MEDICAL EMERGENCIES..THAT WAS ONE..

65. I hope he HAD NOT been to a Chiropractor recently... My son had same symptoms after having an upper neck adjustment by a Chiropractor... He died of a stroke at the age of 35 because of it. Symptoms can happen same day or even 2 weeks after an "adjustment". Chiropractors are not accountable to any board or agency for the deaths they cause like Doctors are. This is more common than you'd think. Educate yourself on the topic at Neck911.com . Hopefully Kevin Costner will get well soon... Kevin did exactly the correct thing..but then...you would have to have common sense and some intelligence to know that...the dumb thing is to sit there...and not ask for help...thats what 911 is there for..could have been a heart attack...stroke...doesnt matter...even if it was only the flu etc...he could have been in accident or caused one by trying to continue on...and then of course the ingnorants would blame him for not asking for help...blogs flush out stupidity...so well...there is an old saying...:better to keep quiet and be thought stupid than open your mouth and prove it"

74. Many times while having a heart attack a person does vomit. luckily though he did not have one, Yet. maybe it is a warning sign for him to ease up on whatever he's being bothered by.
