Siamese Kitties Appease the Son of Celebrities

You're looking at the cutest, cuddliest birthday presents ever -- and they now belong to Kate Hudon's little boy.

Chris Robinson and his GF Allison Bridges adopted these Siamese kittens, Nano and Ruthie, as a birthday present for Robinson's son Ryder. The couple picked up the pair at a non-profit pet adoption clinic in Woodland Hills called Cats at the Studios -- their only request was the cats had "sweet personalities."

Mission accomplished.

17. 12. These arent Siamese cats! I thought his was one cat with 2 heads or something. I feel so ripped off.

Siamese is a BREED or type from the cat species, just like POODLE is a breed or type from the dog species. I wont get any more advanced than that because clearly there is significant doubt about your species as you obviously lack the significant number of brain cells to walk upright.

18. They requested cats with "sweet personalities" and they ended up with Siamese cats?! Siamese cats are notoriously NOT sweet or friendly...that's the LAST breed of cat they should have gotten if they want "sweet." Siamese cats usually have prickly personalities. That's a man asking for a sweet level-headed girlfriend and somone says "I know the perfect girl for you, her name is Courtney Love."

19. All kittens have 'sweet personalities'. But, if they wanted cats that still have sweet personalities when they are not kittens anymore, they should not have gotten Siamese. They're mean and nasty dispositions aren't the best for young children.

20. it always makes me happy when i hear that celebrities got their pets from shelters/adoption clinics. puppy mills, breeders and pet stores are bad news. adopting is setting a good example.

24. I ;hope they monitor a child that young. Kittens are very fragile. Animal agencies in our area will not adopt out kittens under 12 weeks to families with children under 5. Those kittens are definitely Siamese. I have 3 Siamese and they are lovable, gentle and have a great personality.

25. Actually, Siamese kittehs are VERY sweet and affectionate. I have 2 of my own. I have no idea why they get such a bad rep. They are very VOCAL and can be demanding at times, but they are ALWAYS in the mood for a cuddle and for kisses and snuggles :) :)

26. Pets should not be given as gifts, especially to children. Would you give your child a baby to play with and take care of? Hopefully, there will be adult supervision around.

28. Great news ! Between all the celebrity scandals, its a breath of fresh air to read about these kind & cool people giving orphaned, abandoned kitties a loving forever home. Allison & Chris passed an intensive interview process & Ryder is an amazing, gentle & smart boy. They made a generous donation & the kittens will be loved by everybody at home.
These kitties were near death when they were found. They have been bottle-fed & hand raised by me. It’s safe to say that they are at least part Siamese, but their sweet personality is typical of an orphaned pet, raised by humans at an early age.
Before kittens can be adopted, they have to be old enough to be fully vaccinated, spayed & neutered by the rescue organization. This picture shows them when they were much younger. Congratulations on your birthday, Ryder & a big welcome to the newest furry family members in your home.

29. I think it is awesome that celebs are setting a good example by adopting rather than buying pets! These kitties are just as cute as any they could have bought from a breeder or pet store, plus, the rescues make sure they get spayed and neutered so they are not adding to the overpopulation problem. Good choice! :-)

30. Kids dont respect any authority because thay are told that they should be able to express themselves- That is so irresponsible and lazy of parents. Kids should have hair that is kept short and out of their face. If they walk around looking like thugs and slackers- how are we expected to take them seriously? So, when the kid goes to get a job does he tell the boss-" I have the right to express myself by looking like a slob everyday" Parents are such losers these days - always looking for ways to not have to parent.
