19. It doesn't look to me like hes drawing it. In fact it looks like its been there a little while because it is starting to snow over. My guess is Harvey had one of his flunkey's draw it to make a story where there was none. Which guy was it Harv, The doofus with the long stringy hair or the pimply faced metro-sexual with the pointy hair ? Or maybe it was the resident race expert with the fake dreads.
