Hayden Calls Cops After Bouncer Boots Her

Hayden Panettiere called the police on herself! Allow us to explain.

Law enforcement tells TMZ Hayden P threw a hero-sized fit when she got tossed out of a 21+ club in Suffern, NY just before Christmas. We're told a bodyguard noticed her in the packed crowd checking out the Jon Turco Band and thought she looked young, so they checked her ID. He saw her DOB (she's 19) but evidently did not recognize her name. The club, per state regs, had to show her the door and yank her ID.

Now here's the best part: She was so steamed about losing her ID, she actually called the cops on herself to try getting it back. Cops showed up, got the card from the club ... and then gave it back to HP. The pic (right) is of her outside the club. Also, we're told she wasn't drinking or anything.

18. I can understand showing her to the door but why did the club yank her VALID identificaiton card? I would have called the cops too. Doesn't sound like throwing a fit to me.

19. The Club was called the NV Lounge (the old RVB - Ramapo Valley Brew Pub). The Jon Turco Band rocks!!! At least she has a great taste in music.

20. Good for her to taste that medicine. I never had fake ID or entered in 21+ clubs when I was 19. I am grateful that I was patient. Same with alcohol. I waited until I was 21.

21. She's 19. The club is 21+. End of story. Enough special treatment for nitwits who have been on tv. What an idiot she is. If she expects special treatment because she's on some crappy show, she should not whine about pap attention, it's all part of the same package.

22. I hate that she has such a good reputation, when she's a drunk slutty teenager. I read her xanga back in the day and she posted many pictures of herself drunk (this is a good maybe 6 or so years ago, too, so she was WAY underage)

outside LA, there are clubs that do follow the law and don't let
trashy girls into a 21+ club, when they're 18/19...

25. I think they can only take your ID if its a fake. If its your real ID, they need to give it back to you.

26. That's retarded that she did that. I mean I would have been fueled too after having my ID taken away but it's law! That just means you got caught. I've had my ID taken away before I was 21 and it sucked because I had to get a new one... Sometimes they're strict about taking them. Sometimes they're not. She shouldn't have gotten it back though.

27. NY State regs are that they can ONLY take your ID if it's a proven fake, they are not allowed to take someone's valid ID. And she didn't demand special treatment, she demanded her identification back, which was illegally taken from her.

30. I would've done the same thing! She tried to get in & succeeded w/o a fake ID. Why should they keep her valid ID? I agree w/ Initial_G
