34. In NY the only way a bouncer can take you I.D. is if it's FAKE. I don't know if she's white trash or not, but it was illegal for him to take her I.D. and she had every right to get it back.

35. Jackson Whites were not from Suffern, they were from a small town next to suffern called Hillburn,
The club involved is NV Lounge, which just opened in November. (I think it used to be some type of brewery bar/restaurant), It's across the street from the train station in Suffern. It's a high class club that is rising quickly and already has the reputation of a fine Manhattan club, with its mandatory dress code, valet parking, top shelf bars, VIP rooms and great security. Although i haven't eaten there yet, i have heard that the food is fantastic too! No, I'm not personally connected to the club, but it has become a place that my social circle would like to see stick around for many years. There is no place like it around the Hudson Valley without crossing the GW. While many of these bars/clubs do make accommodations for celebrities, i'm glad that NV did not, hopefully ensuring that the club will keep the kids out and keep the establishment on the up-and-up with it's more mature network.

36. What was she doing trying to go into a 21+ club when she rightfully know's she's only 19, and, suposedly it says she's only 19 on her I.D? Something sounds fishy. But she's the one who made the mistake of using her celebrity to initially to get into the club,only later to be asked for proof of her I.D because she looked young. It was probably her "celebrity fake" I.D that a lot of celebrities have, disclosing her real age, that she doesn't want the press to have. Question, do you think they would ever disclose george clooney's real age? Never. That's his career. And his age, or the ones they go by in the business, and provide to the press, is the one they use for their careers. It protects their marketability. Case closed.

37. She was not carded at the door, because she snuck in the back door used by the band... read the related stories on google. As it's reported, whether legal or not, the club's policy is to confiscate i.d.'s - granted it was her true i.d., but she and her friends did sneak in to the club. It's reported also that she did not throw a fit, but needed her id back immediately in order to leave for LA the next day... that's why she called the police.

People keep asking why they would take her CDL or ID...My husband works part time in a night club for fun and they are supose to take an ID if people are using it to do illegal acts, like tryin to get into a bar with a fake ID... It doesnt look like she was using a fake or anything so they should not have taken it... Maybe the night club just through they should because usually you are suppose to take it if they are miss using it.

Big deal. she is 19, an adult. it's not like she was 16 and in a 21 and older club. she will be 20 this year and 21 soon. she is 19, no big dea, just less than two years away from 21, not far off from 21. if she is old enough to vote, she should be old enough to drink too. you never know how old people are, some people can be 21 and look 17 and some 17year olds look older than their age.
