So we just got our mitts on Barack Obama's dinner menu for January 19th.

The Hilton Washington Hotel in D.C. is hosting one of three "official candlelight dinners" the night before Obama takes the oath. Here's what's in store.

- New England Lobster Bisque en Croute
- Porcini Dusted Petit Fillet, Port Wine Demi, Complimented with Seared Sundried Tomato Scented Escolar Basil Emulsion
- Sea Salt Roasted Tri-Color Fingerling Potatoes
- Winter Baby Vegetables
- Warm Sticky Toffee Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream
