"American Idol" Bikini Girl Katrina Darrell definitely made an impression last night, and judging by her modeling reel over at LovinLife Creative Media, one thing's for sure -- the skank bit is no act.
The slutty shtick doesn't stop there though -- girl's also a part of a clothing line so trashy, even Shauna Sand wouldn't be caught dead in 'em.
16. IMO, she isn't even very good looking. That was a pathetic move, both on her and Idol's part. Hope she gets put in her place very quickly.

17. I actually thought she could sing. Not that song as she was aiming too high but she has good vocals as well as pitch. I think Idol did use her as a gimmick as well as she used the bikini to her advantage. I doubt she will be performing in Hollywood in a bikini during the next rounds. She may surprise us with her voice.

18. of course, when i did put american idol on last nite, this is who i got to see, i'm so sick of the auditions, and them putting on talentless people who r looking to get their 15mins of fame, please, i don't think any of them r funny or entertaining at all. i think this show has run it's course, out of 8? i think seasons, there have been what, 3 people that have an actual career and have sold records. (none of which i bought)

19. some people that are caling this girl a skank are just jealous that they are propably fat, ugly and sing worse than she does. She didn't sing all that bad, in fact, was much better than most of the auditions they showed and she explicitly stated she came in a bikini too get noticed and obviously she did; and she got through to Hollywood. What she does from there should be interesting at least.

20. I dont care what her voice sounds like...her trashy appearance and her ATTITUDE makes her U.G.L.Y! The way she talked back to the judges..like a spoled brat. Guess when you wear no clothes u are used to getting your way. There were so many cute girls there..with more talent..its sad to see the most disgusting girl with the least clothes go on to hollywood. pathetic.
They shouldve passed on her just for the 'tude.

I personally didnt think her singing was bad, she could have covered up, but what i saw was a very jealous judge who didnt have a lick of talent try to out do a younger female that was taking away from her so called entrance into the idol world. This Kara chick needs to just sit back and not try to become every guys fantasy..she didnt do a thing for me last night.

25. I agree, she is nothing but a gimmick for controversy and skankiness - some entertainment value aside from her crappy voice. I watched and there was a jump in the tape between the girl judges saying NO WAY and suddenly everyone said yes. I know someone just told them to chill out and let her in for skankiness and she will be gone soon. If people want to buy her slutty, nasty clothes, they can have at it and look as nasty as she does.
There is something very hard and meth-chick-whore-like about her.
