Hahaha, obviously not as moronic as you are. First, a hotel tv, while the hotel's property, it does get paid for by the band. Obviously the chances of a tv sailing out of a window hitting someone are not great, since I have never heard of it happening and cannot find an instance of it. There are millions of examples of people going 100 mph hurting someone, so YES it is reasonable and logical to compare the crimes. Clearly you are neither.

27. I decided to leave my own comment...Who really freakin' cares?! I love how one comment turns out to always be a sounding board for peoples activist groups of some sort. Well enjoy your economy cuz here in Canada it's nowhere near as bad as there
AND it's because I watch TMZ for entertainment but others watch it and MTV as a forum for intelligent discussion at work and abroad. Enjoy Harvey and his crew making fun celebrities ( who usually deserve it ) and breaking news stories on court cases.
