35. Hey # 7. He has on his own, created the situation he is in. " Actions speak louder then words ". Of course he had no intend to kill himself or his friend but his careless actions caused tremendous consequences for his friend. Now, his drivers license was already suspended for prior driving violations before that accident. So, he was warned and reminded by the state of florida that his driving was that reckless, To have his license suspened by 19 yrs of age, tells you why this kid does not deserve any mercy.
He needs to work an 8-5 job, and make something of his life and get off his lazy ass.

39. Why would TMZ even cover this loser. He's never accomplished anything except ruining someone else's life through his own irresponsibility and immaturity. Who's at fault - the parents! I'm sure from the time he was a young kid he was given just about anything he wanted with minimal supervision. All you have to do is watch their show and you can see how dysfunctional that family is.

40. I did more time then many murderers. He was a kid and manned up and did his time. So go pop your zits and lay off.

Harvey wanted to make a living defending people just like this but obviously couldnt cut it as a lawyer.

42. I'm not defending drinking & driving, but I have to point out that it was BOTH of their choices to get into the car. I doubt Nick held a gun up to his head and told him to get in the car, and that guy had to have known Nick was drinking beforehand. So I say they're equally responsible.

43. This poor kid is a result of his white-trash parents. His parents have the white-trash mentality, but just happened to have money. They over-indulged their kids and then lacked the maturity to stay together as a family. Both of his parents provided Nick with a very expensvie sports car before he was 18... so tell me what young teenage boy is NOT going ot speed?? I know mine would had I porvided them with an expensive sprots car. Sporst car says one thing to a teenage boy- SPEED! I am sure Nick is sorry for speeding, and his friend is not faultless. I am sure he was enjoying the speed as well, and was not wearing a seat belt. That is the first thing you learn in driving school. He did his time in jail, and hopefully will never speed again.

44. Could this punk be any more a loser if he tried? He thinks he is cool. Doesn't he understand that all people think when they see him is how he mangled his friends life. The call in jail proved he had no remorse. This dude is insufferable. I would be afraid if I were him, his Karma is super foul!
