Look at his parents, isn't it just too sad for words that both his mom and dad act worse than a lot of teenagers, It may seem cool for a minute but kids really need for their parents to be role models and when your parents are acting out it's just gotta really suck to be their kid. I hope Nick realizes he is F@#$ed up and gets some serious therapy ,otherwise he probably will not make it. It is very sad. He was raised to not feel for others, only himself and that was all good and dandy. I think his parents are the real criminals. I vote them as WORST PARENTS IN THE WORLD!

72. Someone actually said to give him a break? The justice system already did. What he did is vehicular manslaughter if his passenger so happens to die. Are you saying to give him a break because he was drunk? If so would you give someone a break for getting drunk and going on a shooting rampage whether it was pre-meditated or not what he did was still atrocious! Time after time we see "celebrities" getting breaks for what they did, at what point do we hold them accountable, will it take them leading an act of ethnic cleansing? Give Me a break!
