Miss USA Drops the Soap -- Takes Up Porn

She's already nailed the cheesy dialogue -- and now former soap opera villain Kelli McCarty has decided ... she just wants to be nailed.

The former Miss USA 1991 -- yeah, she was a frickin' beauty queen -- has quit the mainstream acting biz for a shot at a career in "adult entertainment."

McCarty, who played maniacal Beth Wallace on "Passions" for seven years, is now a "Vivid Entertainment" girl -- and has just wrapped on her first XXX feature, "Faithless," in which she plays the lead character to a very very supporting cast.

So, why the career move? Here's the explanation -- "I enjoy acting,and I really like sex ... so this was the perfect opportunity to combine two of my passions."

67. This is an old story! Those of us who sometimes watch the Miss USA Pageant, and knew the story, hoped against hope, that it wouldn't come out.

Her story is a sad, but familiar one. She was a small town girl, who went to the top in the beauty pageant world. She was catered to, and met some of the glamorous people a small town girl wouldn't even dream existed.
Then, her year was over! She was now on her own! And how you gonna keep a small town girl down on the farm, after they've been to Hollyweird? Old story!

Hope it ends well. But she's pretty deep into this mess. Her mind ain't what it used to be!

There should be a Porn Addic ts Anonymous. She could be redeemed! She'll learn about loving herself. She'll learn that pornography chips away at the addict's ability to love! She'll help others out of that mess!

So she is having sex and getting paid for it, big deal,I applaud her honesty, it's her life, her body, her choice, so she didn't want to go back to working at Winndixie at Bodunk wherever she came from, but she still had to pay the bills, again, it is not a career choice that I would want for my daughter but we are not talking about a naive 15year old being forced on the stroll by an evil pimp, this is a presumably sane grown ass woman, my advice would be, take that money and for Godsake don't blow it on plastic surgery and cars this time,
