Lil' Wayne: You Can Suck It, Rochester!

The city of Rochester, NY will not be flowing with lollipops tonight -- just a bunch of suckers who were once again hosed by Lil' Wayne.

24 hours before he was supposed to perform, Wayne pulled the plug on tonight's concert in Rochester -- the 3rd time he's flaked on the city in the last 4 months.

Wayne's people blame "the logistics of his band" because traveling from Rochester to Calgary -- where he's scheduled to perform on Thursday -- would be too difficult for the entire group.

The spurned concert promoter is considering filing a lawsuit against Weezy... which is probably the only way you'll ever see him in Rochester.

UPDATE: The promoter of the concert told TMZ he's giving Wayne and his people until tonight -- Thursday eve -- to figure out how to make things right or else he's taking "another course of action" -- a nice way of saying lawsuit.

22. This is the third time bro. The first time we was like ok he will make up for it. Then the 2nd time it was rescheduled. Then now yo ugly ass can make it. That just shows how you treat your fans. People here made you go platinum in that first week of sales. You can come to our city and perform for a couple of hours. That is some ho _____. You need to refocus. 24. i live in rochester ny and i bought tickets 2 his last show adn he never showed up.. im not goin 2 any of his concerts he sucks ass!!! if it was the first time then yea i guess thats ok but its not its his 3 time!! everyone in rochester hates him right now he might as well not come back or even say hes coming back!!lil wayne sucks!!

27. This guy was caught with cocaine, ecstacy, marijuana and illegal handguns....and he' still allowed to perform and do what he wants? If I was caught with an oz of weed, I'd be in jail with $5,000 bail. This guy gets out of ALL of it on $10,000. Here is the link to his mugshot and DEA bust.

30. first of all, you pepole obviously have bad taste in music. everyone ive talked to loves weezy. apparently you wouldnt know talent if it smacked you in the face. your all just haters. got no one else to hate on so you hate on him. he has enough money that he can do what he wants when he wants. lil wayne should be a hero to todays youth. he came from NOTHING. and now hes the greatest rapper alive. i dont care if you dont think so, but TIME obviously thinks so.
