Our photog thought it would be funny to ask the star of "The Commish" and "The Shield" if he knew how to trick drug-sniffing police dogs. He was right -- it was funny ... and Michael Chiklis' response couldn't have been better.

6. I love that man!! The Shield was one of THE best shows ever put on tv. Great job.
Poor "Vic", tied to a desk, ina suit and tie, with his gun locked in a drawer. Please. MAKE a movie to continue the story for once Vic gets done with his 3 year contract.

8. This is how you do celebrity. He's been on a few successful shows, and granted he isn't at the star level of a Brad or Angelina, but he probably earns a real nice living, and doesn't get hounded too often by paps. He goes home to his family every night, and he's known for his work, not what he does in his personal life. He seems like a really nice guy.

14. Love Michael Chiklis, but I was shocked when I saw him in person late this past fall when he was filming in Michigan. He's so short! I swear he's only about 5'6".

15. The blond chick on tmz is STUPID! He doesn't think he's a real cop dumbass, they have to consult with real cops doing the show. Just like law and order and any other ones, they all consult with real cops or detectives.
