they had no intention of treating their child at any hospital, better equipped or otherwise. they were hoping to get him under the care of the scientoloquacks employed by the church/cult. seriously, the feds need to "pull a waco" from the head office on down the line and put those freaks away and deprogram all the other helpless captives., they are dangerous.

they let their children and other cult members die without proper care. why doesn't the government step in and do something?! anyone else would have been properly investigated and at least charged with something by now. we let the celebs/rich get away with everything, even murder.

36. Scientology is pure evil. If you are a Christian than there is no way you are allowed to believe that a Cult founded by a deranged ex Navy man can be believed in, tithed to, adhered to, prayed or worshiped to.

FIRST of all.........IN MOST PLACES...........even those of us WITHOUT MILLIONS of DOLLARS OR MOVIE STAR STATUS can get a HELICOPTER LIFE FLIGHT in the case of a LIFE/DEATH ACCIDENT EMERGENCY. HOW IS IT THAT JOHN TRAVOLTA's SON HAD NO HELICOPTER RIDE BY LIFE-FLIGHT TO THE HOSPITAL???? HE COULD ONLY RIDE BY AMBULANCE OR ELSE IN DAD'S 'JET' BACK TO THE MAINLAND??

TOTALLY MAKES NO SENSE ----In my VIEW, that means his transport was NOT DEEMED BY MEDICAL PERSONNEL On THE SCENE AS URGENT ---(REMEMBER : A "DR. ON THE SCENE INITIALLY SAW HIM " BEFORE PARAMEDICS GOT THERE ACCORDING TO ONE REPORT -- PROBABLY THE RESORT DR?? ) BECAUSE PERHAPS JETT WAS DEAD AT THE SCENE (and perhaps had been for quite a time -- maybe IRRETRIEVABLY SO?) RIGHT THEN ( NOT STILL ALIVE in the ambulance on the way) in which case time was NOT of the ESSENCE & it wouldn't have mattered HOW or WHAT transported him. IF HE WAS GONE, he was gone.

FOR SURE WE WILL NEVER KNOW. REGARDLESS, people with half a brain and for sure ANYONE WHO KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT SCIENTOLOGY realizes that the truth is THAT THIS IS probably SPIN to DEFLECT further investigation and any BAD PR FOR THE GROUP.

The term 'red herring' comes to mind. I THINK THIS "REAL" DOCUMENT has been carefully thought out, time stamped and spoonfed to appropriate MEDIA -- ie whoevers digging the hardest (and therefore perceived as the greatest threat) JUST AN OPINION.....

45. I'm a physician and a mother.
I'm not religious and have no clue about scientology.
My daughter suffered an accident in Amsterdam.
I took the first place back to the US right away.

I've been a doctor for many years and I've lived in many countries.
I would have asked to bring the kid to Florida too. No doubt.

I really wish not one person in this forum goes through the horrible experience of seeing your kid hurt while overseas...

Some people are just mean, scientology has nothing to do with it. He's not trying to cover up anything.
Even if you have no money, you would want THE BEST CARE for your child.
Imagine if you have the money to bring your child back to the States, wouldn't you want that?
