I don't know if they are good genes, but they are Kennedy genes. He's the illegitimate son of good old Joe Kennedy (his mother was a housekeeper at the Kennedy home - until she got pregnant).

Peggy you are right. His eyes shine because he has a great soul. He is one of my favorite people of all time. They hated him in Washington because he was honest and didn't play their games. As Obama said put away childish things. This is what Carter did in Washington. Just to remind everyone. JIMMY CARTER WAS THE FIRST PRESIDENT TO WARN THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ABOUT FINDING ALTERNATIVE ENERGY IS WAS THE HALLMARK OF HIS PRESIDENCY. NO ONE HEEDED HIS WARNINGS LOOK WHERE WE ARE NOW. The man is a pure genius. He is considered the most intelligent President hands down.

Jimmy Carter has always found service to others an incredibly important proponenent of his life. I seriously doubt cosmetic surgery is even a thought to him. He looks great. Maybe he wasn't the best president, but he is a great man.
