Jake G. Kicks Ass -- Ours!

Our photog got a kick out of Jake Gyllenhaal today outside court -- as in, Jake mule-kicked him in the leg!

Our cameraman was waiting for Jake to return from a scheduled lunch break from jury duty, when a frustrated Gyllenhaal walked into the door after pushing instead of pulling. We asked how he was doing ... wrong question ... Jake stomped down into our guy's shin.

Jake's now inside the courthouse, waiting to find out if he'll be selected on a jury that will hear -- get this -- a battery case.

UPDATE: 5:14 PM ET: Gyllenhaal was just excused from jury service in the battery case ... probably because he just committed one!

Second of all, you have totally made that story up in an effort to "whitewash" Jake's bad behavior. First you fangirls run around protecting him from the "gay", and now you're trying to explain away his boorish behavior.

If you want to be a star you give up a certain amount of privacy. A courthouse is a public place, and there are often photographers and news people there to cover stories. There is NO excuse for acting like a spoiled brat. Jake needs to grow up and stop acting like a spoiled little boy. He should get rid of his new "mom" Reese while is at is.

He's lucky he didn't push his camera in my face because I would have beaten his face in!

The Paps, including the LOSERS at TMZ, have no right whatsoever to step on the rights

74. Seriously?? What the HELL is wrong with the photographer?? I am so sick of people screaming "Assault" for every little thing, every time someone bumps into them, etc. Okay, so Jake probably did do something like kick at the photographer as he went in the door, or maybe the photographer only claimed he did. WHO CARES?? Seriously, if you rush a person and get up in their face with a camera and start being annoying,especially in a whiny baby-girl voice like this guy had, you'll be lucky if you don't get the crap beat out of you. Some people need to learn to respect those around them, as well as learning the definition of "personal space."
