Mule kickin' hissy fitter Jake Gyllenhaal could learn a lot from Matthew McConaughey -- dude knows how to keep his cool when dealing with the paparazzi.

Yesterday in Hollywood, McConaughey didn't appreciate the paps filming him inside "Wanna Buy A Watch" -- where he and Camila were shopping on her 27th birthday. So Matt kindly, politely stepped outside to cut a deal with the photogs.

16. I REALLY WISH MATTHEW WOULD DO ANOTHER MOVIE LIKE A TIME TO KILL. I THINK THAT WAS HIS BEST PERFORMANCE. HE REALLY IS A GREAT ACTOR. HE HAS A LOT OF TALENT AND A MOVIE LIKE THAT WOULD SHOWCASE IT.

17. I work at Wanna Buy A Watch? When Matthew came in to the store he was very down to earth and friendly not hesitant to speak with anyone who engaged him in conversation he was very please to see our selection of fine and rare vintage watches listening to our suggestions on what looked best on Camilla taking his time to make sure he would buy her the watch she would best love and enjoy one of my co-workers even asked him for a autograph and he was kind enough to send in personalized autographed pictures for the staff and their kids. As people may or may not know paps can be a bit aggressive to get their shots but in my opinion he handled his self in a good and positive manner and was quite polite to the paparazzi I'm just glad to see when someone in his position stays grounded.
