Mark Sanchez Is a Bold-faced Liar!

He's one of the highest rated QBs in the upcoming NFL draft, yet somehow, former USC superstar Mark Sanchez kept a straight face when he said he'd be excited to play for the -- wait for it -- Detroit Lions?!

Now, Mark's a smart guy, as evidenced by his college degree and the fact he was the only USC player to answer our impromptu "current events quiz" during the Rose Bowl -- but why would anyone on the planet have any legitimate desire to play for the worst team in the history of professional sports?

Oh yeah ... money. And the fact that he only needs to win ONE game and he's a hero.

19. Mark's a SENIOR at school so he's finishing his degree and graduating this May...he redshirted his freshman year, making him a "junior" in football, though. We'll miss him at SC but going to the NFL was the best career move.
