O! say can you see by the dawn's early light

America the Beautiful although a great song is not our national anthem.

19. I agree with Robin (#8), some of these (usually black) singers screech and moan and put their spin on the song and it makes me want to cringe. Just sing it the way it was written and stop trying to inject soul music into it.

30. Jennifer Hudson will blow the National Anthem outta the water!!!! She is a perfectionist and everything she does, she does with grace!!! So stop the hateful, vile comments about her. Whitney on the other hand will never, ever reach the super star status she once attained!! Crack was more important to her! So why bring her up anyway??? Her drug use and devastated career choice overshadows anything she may have ever done! LOSER!!
