17. So the IDIOT does it again...or morew accurately, GOT CAUGHT doing it again. But as long as he drinks ALCOHOL why does the MORON drive? The cops look for a reason....why give it to them. And if an exhausted driver (NON drinking) kills someone in an accident is that a crime? Of course not...right?

23. For every time that an alcoholic is caught on a DUI, there are many more times that they were driving but not caught.

Clearly this is a man with a problem. I hope he gets the help he needs.

28. Seems like Mr. Collins need to be on the show INTERVENTION!!! Obviously the man has a drinking problem. He should have learned his lesson from the accident the killed someone, even though it was found that he was not in the wrong because the other driver went left of center. He needs some hospitalization immediately. I feel for him. I too have been convicted of DUI and my life has changed dramatically. I don't drink and drive anymore, it's really not worth it. Not to mention the humiliation. He has a problem, give him some slack.

29. did that dumb wife leave him yet? if not she better, and take everything she can from him, otherwise he'll be another Ed McMahon soon money wise. He will need to do jail time now and have a big black man (they make up 70% of prison population so its not racist, just fact and statistic) ride atop him and put his penis inside his rectum to let him know he has finally hit bottom and when he is released to never want to get in that "situation" again----providing the big black man doesnt give him AIDS while riding him.

So very sad....he could have just called cabs or had groupies give him lifts home. They never learn, but he soon will learn the meaning of finding his "bottom".

30. Look for Mr. Collins' next public appearance, courtesy of the State of California. No ticket purchases necessary, and the audience is guaranteed to be held captive. Ahh haa ha! Sorry, pal. Everyone deserves a second chance, or a do-over, but you've had several chances and are apparently learning impaired. If you don't do some jail time over this, then the judge in your case should be thrown in the tank to do your sentence.
