47. i guess the squad cheer leader should have taken school more seriously...like an education. mabye she needs to help me clean up the mess created by the drunk driver or telling someones loved one that the drunk killed there spouse or loved one.

We're ridiculing eachother while hiding behind computer screens, tearing @ another's character and past: whom we have NEVER seen, let alone met. It seems rather time consuming and a waste of time. I wouldn't be particularly proud of myself telling my kids/neighbors I spent an hour ramrodding/making fun of people on TMZ over the arrest of an old guy in Hollywood. Gossips good- not when banter turns to avengence on No. 31 over their spelling/cheerleading/etc.

53. maybe californis should as they do herre three duis you get a jail term thats the way it should be everywhere that will get a few off the road for a few years even if we do have to feed them some of them get stuck while in the pen we just bury them another poor slob saved from a drunk.

55. I just got out of LA County jail. I met a high school principal who did 55 days for his second DUI. Collins will probably do 1-3 days in jail waiting to be put on house arrest because of his celebrity and age.

57. Throw his old ass in jail, please! He just doesn't care about the lives he's endangering. Maybe Mr. Collins has never lost a family member to a drunk driver. Maybe he doesn't know what it's like to watch someone scatter their brother's ashes or see small children who don't know or understand why their daddy isn't home. I have no sympathy for someone who has no regard for the lives of those around him. How many times is the state of California going to let him get behind the wheel after a few drinks? He's killed once, why give him another opportunity.

I hope this isn't your biggest goal in life though. I don't fit into any of my high school clothes, but at the time I had a girl's body at under 100 pounds, and now have a woman's body after two kids and still in my ideal weight category. Being a mom who has two teenage sons, this topic is very important to me. I had classmates in high school who were killed drinking and driving, I know many "adults" in my town drive drunk and put my kids' lives at risk, along with many other innocent lives. Mr. Collins should not have a license, should have been in jail for the accident that took a life. Even if the other driver made a wrong turn, if Mr. Collins had not been driving that night, the man would be alive. This should fall under a category of intent to do harm, manslaughter, whatever...... but hey, he's famous. I personally am embarrassed at the way we Americans handle "celebrities" with kid gloves, letting them get away with murder (not figuratively, literally).

60. Number#3 You may still fit in your cheerleader uniform but can you read?...He did get pulled over before and someone did die in the other car. You think he would thank God for the second chance and not drink&drive. Wonder if he will get off again?
