Not every Batman is a raging, angry lunatic -- in fact, the caped crusader who launched the movie franchise, Michael Keaton, was the coolest cat ever when almost every person at the Tampa airport approached him for a picture.

19.
He will always be the best Batman, in my humble opinion. Did anyone else find Christian Bale's voice annoying? It did my head in listening to him in character. And as for George Clooney, he was total sh!t.

22. I've always really liked Michael K. - just watched Clean & Sober the other day again. He's a great actor w/ staying power & still looks pretty hot too! Wish he'd do more movies!

23. Bale is a serious actor. Remember the Machinist. I imagine it takes a lot to get into character, particularly if it is an intense scene. To have a director of photography or another crew member walking around the set while you're trying to deliver must suck big time. Bale is in the right. And, please Keaton's batman is no where close to Bale's. He is Batman.

24. What a class act. Seriously. Thank you for NOT being a typical Hollywood A-hole. You are what everyone else SHOULD be. And yes, MK will always be the real Batman. Thank you Johnny Dangerously!

25. Keaton is my favorite Batman. The Burton films are very artistic and visulally stunning, are very faithful to the early 1939 comics, and have a great sense of fun as well as being dark. The Nolan-Bale movies take themselves far too seriously, and try too hard to be "realistic". My favorite Batmen are, in order, Michael Keaton, Adam West, Lewis Wilson, Chris Bale, Val Kilmer, Robert Lowery, and George Clooney.

To Regan McNeil: Keaton chose not to play Batman in the third film because of Joel Schumacher. Keaton did not like the script, nor the direction Schumacher was taking the franchise.

28. Loved him in "Live from Bagdad" and Beetlejuice, Batman and of course all the interviews he does I am amazed at how all the hollywood crap has not tainted his quirky humor.

29. People shouldn't blame Christian Bale for his moment of weakness, he should be appreciated for the work he does, which inspires people. How can you still blame him even after he apologized? Isn't everyone allowed their freak out moments? Why should we judge someone for letting their emotions take over. I'm sure that none of you people who are judging him can say you've never blown up before and regretted it later. He's human too isn't he? Isn't he entitled to making mistakes too? Or does he always have to be perfect because he's in movies. It takes a big person to apologize, but it also takes a big person to accept an apology. Christian has already done his part, now it's our turn. Everyone should give him a break, let him have his bad days, and leave it alone at that.
