At this point do you really think it matters whether they go on tour or not? Believe me, with that background they are DOOMED.

50. What's wrong with a mama wanting to work AND see her babies at the same time? If half of you lames were as famous as Britt and went on tour I'm SURE you'd want your babies to come along too. If she didn't make arrangements to see her babies then ya'll would say she's a bad mom for putting her career first. Get over yourselves, you're always gonna find the negative in everything. And for those who say "who'd wanna see someone lip sync?" WELL, obviously the millions of people who made her rich. Thanks. Kudos to Britney for making things happen and getting back on track!!!

52. Wow - where to start? First of all, kudos to Jamie, Britney and K-fat to come up with a plan on their own so that Britney would be able to tour and see her children some of the time. If I remember the earlier story correctly, she was going to have 3 "home bases" around the country and pay for private accommodations for K-lard in the same 3 areas. So, if he wanted to bring his new gf, I assume he would be able to. On top of that, she was going to pay him $4,000 EXTRA a WEEK for, I guess, being inconvenienced (we all know how busy he is). Ok, so they all agree to that and it sounds like a good plan to me. Britney would be able to see the kids before/after most of her performances and K-douche would be there for them as well. Most performers with children make similar arrangements - nobody seems to mind when Bradangeline take their 6 kids globe trotting and on location to where which ever one of the Brad/Angie pair is making a movie (and some of their kids ARE in school!). Britney's kids are not yet in school (gym class doesn't count). With both parents with them, their grandfather and possibly K-grub's new gf along also, their routines can be kept in tact - just in a different home. BUT the greedy lawyers have to get their paws into it. What? $4,000 extra a week isn't enough for K-turd to miss a couple of games of bowling? This is insane that the lawyers see another opportunity to get their billable hours in and the result will be the same EXCEPT Kaplan will be able to send another fews bills to Britney. As far as ticket sales...check again. Some venues ARE sold out. In other venues only the most expensive tickets remain. Lastly, Britney clearly stated that if the kids couldn't accompany her on tour, the tour would be cancelled. I think she has her priorities straight. K-grubber agreed b/c he has "HIS" priroities straight - not bad to earn an extra $16,000 a month (not to mention I'm sure there will be some residual "perks" from her tour earnings for him). Let them work it out themselves - leave the lawyers out of it. Can't wait to see Britney on 3/26 - yep, ringside!

54. She has every right to see her children, but I think they should stay put in California until her tour is over. All that traveling and uprooting the little ones can be a bit much for them.

55. This is extortion, plain and simple. Why should she have to pay him to see her kids? Why should he get extra money while she has the kids? You can hate Britney all you want, but none of you would accept these terms in your own lives so why should she be held to a different standard? This would be illegal in any other situation, but because lawyers are involved its o.k.?!?!?! Like it or not she IS THEIR MOTHER and she should have rights too, especially since she's footing the bill for this whole circus. The courts should make K-turd get a f###### job and stop letting him and his lawyers do this to Brittney.

57. Love your Britney, can't wait! Jennifer Hudson lip synch at the Super Bowl! Don't worry about these crazy, they are just mean. To bad you have to pay Kevin to take your own children. I don't understand why Kevin couldn't use this time to be with his other children, the ones with Shar? Guess they don't count since he doesn't get paid to be with them.

59. The lawyers had to get their cut. K-Fed should cut them loose and save everyone some money. It sounds like he has a good relationship with Brit's parents. I think he could trust them as they obviously trust him with their grandchildren.
