Nick Hogan -- On the Road Again

Nick HoganIf you live in central Florida, watch out for a speeding yellow Supra -- Nick Hogan has just been allowed back behind the wheel.

Nick was just granted a driving permit for business-related excursions -- meaning he can only drive from home to work and back again ... no exceptions.

Last May, a judge ordered Hogan's license to be revoked for three years because of his 2007 crash that left his buddy, John Graziano, with serious brain damage.

16. Unfortunately, in some states money talks. This little A HOLE should still be in jail. To let him drive is so wrong.
As far as a job, the only thing that he is qualified for is asking people if they want fries with that burger. What a waste of flesh. Yuk

21. What a slap in the face to John Graziano and his family. Nick and/or his parents can afford a driver or taxi cabs, and if they can't, then let him take the bus! Shame on the Florida legal system.

22. First of all he is moving to California so Florida has nothing to worry about it. Second, he completed the required Pinellas County DUI program just like EVERY other person that has received a DUI, and or Reckless Driving charge. This has nothing to do with him getting special treatment - trust me when I say the program he completed wasn't anything different than what I or you would take. People would be shocked and amazed at the people that are able to get BPO licenses after completing the DUI program. People that have had 2-3 DUI's are able to get these so if you want to be appauled - don't blame Nick Hogan or his dad, BLAME THE STATE OF FLORIDA FOR ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE CONVICTED OF THIS SENSELESS BS!

24. Amazing. Absolutely amazing.

This stupid worthless douche not only flips the finger at the law for months as he speeds around Florida at over 100 mph, he gets caught numerous times and issued warnings, he effectively killed his best friend, he is sentenced to a 3-year license suspension and within months he has a 'working' license. Thank you state of Florida for releasing this ultimate tool back onto the streets so he can kill again. Of course, some slick lawyer figured he could get around the driving suspension if he had a 'job' so they dummy up a 'job' for him, or say 'he's looking for a job, so he has to drive'. This is one of the most sickening displays I've ever witnessed.

Hogan family, if you value that idiot's life, you'll make sure he never gets in a car again. The blood of his next victim is on your hands, the blood of his first victim is on your hands as well, but obviously none of you care.

Florida, you messed up big time. I hope his next victim's family sues the state and Nick for all they can, maybe that will send the proper message. I value my safety over the sham job this douche claims he has.

27. You people are clueless! If you think this happened for Nick just because he is Terry Bollea's son, you guys are dumber than I thought. Like I said before THIS HAPPENS DAILY, not only in Florida but in every single state in this country. I would also love to know how anyone can assume he doesn't work? I am not one to ever defend celebs but this kid did what he needed to do, has paid his debt BASED ON LAW - yet people like the ones here cannot seem to get over it because of who his father is. Check out your local newspaper on a daily basis and you will see this type of thing daily.....where is the website you sit and bitch and moan at for "regular" people reaping the same benefits Nick has? Grow a brain!

Posted at 7:46PM on Feb 2nd 2009 by tmz fan

29. i can not believe that he is walking around free and on top of that he is going to drive aging
that judge should be more harder on him
i mean his friend is paralized and needs medical for the rest of his life
i mean nick only did a couple of mounths in a cozy jail
so the real question is dose money talk or dose celebrity status talk or is justice blined
and i add one more thing in my blog i hope the hogens read this
and the hogens should donate all of there money to spinal indurey charity
