Nick Hogan -- On the Road Again

Nick HoganIf you live in central Florida, watch out for a speeding yellow Supra -- Nick Hogan has just been allowed back behind the wheel.

Nick was just granted a driving permit for business-related excursions -- meaning he can only drive from home to work and back again ... no exceptions.

Last May, a judge ordered Hogan's license to be revoked for three years because of his 2007 crash that left his buddy, John Graziano, with serious brain damage.

33. Sunshine, how exactly do you know so much about what Nick has done or hasn't done, or exactly what program he completed? You even claim to know what his program was like! It seems that we have members from the Hogan camp posting again, because no one else seems to have these tidbits of info that you have, not even TMZ! Try and defend this spoiled rotten brat all you want, but the fact of the matter is that Nick Hogan got off WAY too lightly for what he did to his friend, and most decent people recognize that. Yes, the law is the law, and his punishment was within the confines of American law, but are you going to argue that the law is perfect, or actually FAIR? Justice was not served here, point blank.

Susie, you must be kidding. No one here is jealous of Nick Hogan, believe me. Yes, he has money, but that's ALL he has. He has fame, too, but he's famous for being an idiot and a spoiled brat, so his fame is not necessarily a good thing. We all would like to have those millions he has, but not if it means having to live with what Nick Hogan will have on his conscience for the rest of his life--the fact that he turned one of his friends into a vegetable. I don't know how I could live with myself if I caused that to happen to one of my friends, especially if they were young, healthy, and had their whole lives ahead of them like John did. I'm not saying that the accident was one hundred percent Nick's fault, because they are both to blame for their reckless behavior, and they will both pay for this mistake for the rest of their lives, but it's rather obvious who's paying the harsher penalty here for both of their stupidity. HINT: It's the man who has no chance of ever living a normal life again because he's had entire portions of his head removed. Nick got off lucky... WAY lucky... but that still doesn't mean that anyone in their right mind would want to be in his position because even all his millions will not change what he has done or make it any easier to live with.

36. This is to Sunshine. Part of me thinks he made a mistake. I dont think he got this for who his dad is. But for all you are defending him he hung himself in the publics eyes. Not only his brazen attitude on the show before it happened, but the poor pampered whining he did on the phone. (Before you say that is private conversations I listened to them myself and several times it has a recorded message that the conversations are recorded and not protected. I cant remember the exact words). Hulk hung him in the same conversation. His appearance on Larry King was nothing but PR. As far as the public has seen, heard and read he only has as much regret for Johns injuries as is publicized and his private conversation certainly said otherwise. I watched the show. I knew it was an accident waiting to happen and many others did too. He tried to 'man' up and take his punishment. First he complained about his cell, then wanted to be where he could watch tv or use the phone, then he wanted to do his punishment at home at the mansion because he was under 18 and if that was granted he would have actually spent a month or two actually in jail. How is that 'man' up or accepting punishment? Im sorry. I feel no pity for him, nor his father. I used to be a HH fan. No longer. That tape took care of me and any pity I might have had for him. He is reckless, unsafe, unconscientious, and from what I have seen unrepentant. Did he think going to Sundance made him look any better in the publics eyes? As far as needing the permit to drive to work his daddy can provide a driver, a limo, a taxi. Anything but this kid behind the wheel until he has a few years of growing up under his belt. No a mistake a not a lifetime punishment. He did pay his debt to the law. But in my mind he fought it every step of the way, and learned nothing nor does it seem he learned any regret or admitting his part in the tragedy. If you doubt me read the paperwork his own lawyer that filed which suggested that John was responsible for his injuries by being the older person in the car, not wearing a seat belt etc. The victim was blamed. Im sorry.

37. Anyone seen how bad the dude is injured? Half of his head is missing! It's truly astonishing that he is alive, and debatable if he should be kept alive.

38. WOW!!!!! I know Nick Hogan isn't the smartest guy out there...but where to you losers get the idea that you can point your nasty little fingers at him...i'm sure you guys made a mistak or two in your past that you wished would be forgiven. give him a second chance...oh wait it's not up to you to decide what he does...haha. Get a life and stop persecuting those who you have no relation to.

39. The only work he should be doing is to change the bed pans for his "best friend". How about changing the sheets on Jon's bed, or getting John dressed in the morning. If he is doing that I'd be all for letting him drive. If not, the only other driving he should be involved with is the type of driving he got in jail on daily basis.

40. hey jeny...I mean Brooke very few of us out here have basically turned a healthy young man into a vegetable. If john could defend himself he would. I sure it makes his parents sick to your punk a$$ brother at Sundance and driving around town to his job. That leaves us to say the truth.

41. Fear not citizens of Florida Nick Hogan most likely has no job or prospects so no driving for him, everyone take a sigh of relief.

42. I read a couple pro Nick posts. I agree someone should not be punished for life because of something but come on. I can see how some can pick on him because of who his father is. But he earned his reputation, the publics anger, and it will take a long time for anyone to forgive and forget especially how that whole family continually puts their foot in their mouth. From Lindas (ahem) boytoy to the fact that Hulk is so desperate for public support that he literally runs to the paps every time he sees a TMZ camera to report on the state of his divorce and badmouthing Linda, all the while she makes herself look like a greedy little ditz. I will admit some comments go a bit far but read the numbers. If this small section of comments is any idication of how the majority of the public feels those who defend him need to get real. Out of 37 comments 3 people were pro Nick with one that posted several times.( I suspect is a friend or family member). That leaves 34 comments. One of those was pointing out the intelligence of a previous poster and did not prop or codemn Nick at all. If about 33 out of 37 comments are anti Nick do you really see it as a small group who are misjudging him? Wake up.The whole family blew any hope of public support and have no one but themselves to blame.
