46. This is BS!!!!! He gets a slap on the damn wrist for basically killing a life and then the little cry baby gets his license back. WTF!!!! I really shouldn't be surprised $$$$ will buy your way out of anything. The entire Hogan Family needs to be shipped to a different country with no way home!!!

48. wowww. u all r so harsh. GEt OVER IT!! The kid made a mistake. Its not like he had John as a hostage in the passenger seat..if anything john was probably all into it too...egging Nick on. They both made a mistake and BOTH paid the consequences. Sadly Johns punishment was worse. But thats NOT Nicks fault..AT ALL!! Lifes not always fair. NIck did his time...and is PAYING for what happened. 49. I live in florida. It won't be long for this guy to be back in jail. I just can't believe the system. How in the world can you let this guy get off with such a light sentence. In the meantime his friend is a vegetable. My heart goes out to the other family. Certainly not this one.

Actually people in LA should watch out....Yesterday Hulk was on the radio with his best friend Bubba The Love Sponge and he was saying that he had just taken Nick to the airport cause nick was moving to LA. He said the people of Tampa were being mean to Nick, so he was trying to make a new start. Now all we have to do is get rid of his skanky ass mom!!!
