You can bet one thing.If any of these comments that are anti nick get to Hulk you can get he will make tracks to Larry King to defend him or the nearest pap to get free publicity like he does every time he goes to court with Linda. I hate to say every one of them is a paprazzi whore. I hate Linda but have to laugh every time he runs to the first TMZ camera he or his lawyer find outside the courthouse to publicize what happened today. Linda is little more than a spoiled, greedy little ditz who has no idea how stupid she is making herself look dating her hulkalike boytoy, Brooke is for hire based on how she dresses and tried to buy fame, and nick, read the comments, posts and news, nuff said.

62. It is a shame that stars get the special treatment. If it were a normal guy, he would be in jail. Not only is this A*&%^$ not in jail, but he is allowed to drive. Then people wonder why there are so many hit and runs, and deadly accidents; because we let people like him get away with these things. The saddest part of all, his friend has brain damage, he will never be the same again, he took his life, and didnt even get punished.

63. This is a situation where the papparazzi may help tremendously. Nick's relatively mild punishment can be monitored by the paps so he won't be able to go to a pizza joint without the fear of parole rejection.

64. disgusting,but not the least bit surprising. my 18 year old son & 2 18 yo girls were killed in a car accident in which the 17 yo driver walked away....the case is still pending,but if found guilty & charged w/ the maximum,the most he can get is 2&1.2 years in jail for each person killed & 10 years probation. however,we were already counciled that neither will happen as hes got no previous record (he was a minor at the time). not fair.

66. honestly i think this is rediculous he should never drive again EVER recently one of my very close friends was in a car accident very similar to nicks. the driver was speeding and wasnt paying attention because he was texting and my friend "bob" (for his personal privacy i wont say his real name) was yelling at him to pay attention because they were headed straight into a tree but it was to late they hit the tree and now "bob" is in a coma and not doing well and i do not think its fair that the carelessness of one person ruined anothers life as nick hogan did. now they get to walk around perfectly fine and go on with life while theyre friends get to sit in hospitals gripping on to life... honestly nick hogan should be hit by a car by someone speeding and so should the drivers from my best friends situation.. and they should NEVER EVER BE ABLE TO DRIVE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING NOT EVEN WORK.. WHY SHOULD THEY GET THE PRIVLIGE WHEN THEYRE VICTIMS ARE SUFFERING THEYVE GOT NO PRIVLIGES THEY CANT DO ANYTHING.. SO WHAT MAKES THEM THE ONES WHO RUINED OTHER PEOPLES LIVE THINK THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO ?
