31. The house is nice. The furniture is for that period of that type of house.
Now, for Mr. Patel , who lives in a gated community and that this house is not that great. Good for you. I live in a gated community to and I think everyone has their own tastes and preferences. I personally would not decorate to the antique colonial style but I think it is very nice and tasteful.
JLo and Marc are buying it for the land & the privacy. Something, you did not catch in the original article.
So, for all those who are above this house ... good for you. But really, at any time we all could have bad luck and could lose our beautiful house and I am not one to judge how one decorates their house. Like I said, it is perfectly fine and tastefully decorated.

32. Maybe this one's for "Grandma". Jen 's mother has been living with them a while and helping with the babies. Decor can always be changed. It's the construction, the land. and the utilities (clean water, e..g. ) that matter, -- plus location, location, location.

38. The walls could use some color and the counter tops in the kitchen should be bolder and contrasting. I personally would go for different furnishings but all in all not so horrific. I think you guys expect more from Marc & Jennifer. For the average person this house is not so bad. They may not tear it down--just use it as a guest house or something.

45. The house is beautiful. For those of us who are not furtunate enough to own a house yet due to economical issues the house is in perfect conditions. The furniture are fashionable except the rugs. Any donations on their behalf I would appreciate. As I would love to have new furniture that we can afford right now.
