Ruffalo Autopsy -- 45 Degree Mystery

The autopsy report in the death of Scott Ruffalo -- Mark Ruffalo's brother -- reveals Scott was shot in the head at a 45 degree angle, front to back, left to right -- suggesting someone shot him.

Although witnesses at the scene claimed Scott shot himself in a fatal game of Russian Roulette, the autopsy report concludes, "The injury appears inconsistent with the history provided by witnesses and further police investigation has failed to clear up these inconsistencies. Therefore the matter of death is homicide until proven otherwise."

The report also says there were traces of cocaine, opiates and benzodiazepines.

20. When are the police going to make an arrest? Scott was a good friend and my hairdresser for about twenty years and I promised him I would not rest until his murderer was found and convicted. He may have been involved with the wrong kind of people, people who would leave him there to die but he and his family and the many many people who loved and cared for him need to see them brought to justice. Scott had traces of drugs in his body and it had been stated that those were probably prescription, Either way, I miss him.

21. Yes, Maria Parkinson, prescriptions for cocaine.

This ME report is BS. It doesn't say anything except that the angle is "not inconsustent" with homicide. So what? What about gun shot residue? Blow back of brain material? Blood spatter? There are so many things other than just the angle that are relevant in this kind of a determination. This is a sad thing that happened, sure, but don't compound the tragedy by drumming up storylines that just aren't there.
