CA has no jurisdiction over the Florida investigation of the death of ANS--that investigation is CLOSED.

I smell a BIG RAT--leaked depos and most of all HYPE/HYSTERIA ---TMZ must have dreamed this one up with it's unnamed sources from the DEA.

Anna didn't die of methadone nor ambien nor Cipro nor anything but Chloryl Hydrate prescribed by Dr. E. She swigged from the bottle--like it was Robitussin.

52. Although we do not know the truth, something deep down inside tells me that Howard K. Stern is directly responsible for the deaths of Anna Nicole and her son. For some reason I got that feeling from the beginning and nothing has changed.
If you analyze the series of events as they occurred, it seems to me that Howard had a plan, that was to collect Anna Nicole's baby daughter along with her potential fortune to be inherited from Anna's billionaire dead husband's estate. Everytime I look at this man I see evil in his eyes and the thought keeps coming back to me that his plan to get rid of Anna Nicole and her son worked, but his scheme to get his hands on Dannilynne and her estate did not. Apparently he has compromised with Larry to efffect some personal gain and he is still living in the house in the Bahamas, but this man I feel is bad news and I hope he is caught and the truth is proven because the tragedy of his actions I believe are too heinous and evil to be allowed to go unexposed and unpunished.

The day after Howard goes on Larry King Live to refute a bunch a BS suddenly theirs a raid
at Dr. E's house and now the day after an extremely rare interview Howard gave airs conveniently another raid just happens to happen. Do you think that this just happens to be one hell of a coincidence or some sort of planned out BS by team texas and/or Rita Cosby.

What are your thoughts?!!

This is the TMZ claim/allegation that unnamed sources from the DEA told to them:

"We're told Medical Board officials want to know if Stern may have used Kapoor to score drugs for Anna -- something Stern has vehemently denied."

Dr. E's license was renewed. So was Dr. K's.--June I think. Why would the Board renew his license if they were not done with the investigation yet after almost two years or so?

It was Dr. E who requested drugs for Anna from Kapoor--just before the fated trip to Florida. He refused. So did Key Drugs. Dr. E wrote all of the prescriptions for Cipro, Tamiflu, and all the rest--none of which caused the death. The shipping receipts wee from the stolen hard drives and sold to the media.

The drugs in Howard's name prescribed for Anna were admitted to by Dr. E. and none had anything to do with Kapoor.

Kapoor was Daniel's physician--but those records are confidential. He gave a statement to Bahamian police during their invetigation in Florida.

The methadone bottle Anna had with her in 2006 was when she was in the home of GBT in Florida. It is not illegal to prescribe methadone for pregnancy.

So this allegation that Howard 'used Kapoor to score drugs for Anns' is really off the wall. But I suppose gossip tabloid sites (some) have to dress up a story somehow to bring people like us to bring conversation.

No one is blaming or connecting Howard to the prescription for from Kapoor for methadone. It was made out to Michelle Chase and by now we ALL know that was an alias of Anna's.

This may be a shock er for you, but could this "raid" have nothing to do with all things Anna, and more to do with the prescription writing habits of this Dr.??????? There there are crimes committed everyday that have nothing to do with Anna. Slow your roll a bit and tell your buddies, to chill. Jumping on the attack and trying to spin something before you even know there is something to spin makes it look like you are affraid of something.

I don't recall someone mentioning Howard being arrested.because of this raid. Again hon just take a chill. Let things unfold the way they were intended. I am sure that everything is under control, and will continue without your needing to be sedated.
