25. I do not know about this. Listening or reading all the harsh writting in here seems to be a line of bu t what would have been said if it was an ordenary joe that did this. It would have been less on the news and less in the spot light. Aparently he did not complete his spin out the so called or victim lived to talk about it. I would say he missed.

27. Well his name is unusual, even though I never heard of him, but here's the deal. He didn't name himself and he did not ask to be born a Hilton either, so we'll get passed that jealousy part. Who on this site that drinks, has not driven intoxicated? Okay, then that makes one of you. This is a young [hot] man who did what most all kids do. Is he responsible? Yep. Now for some "know-it-all's" out there, as to the suit, the other dude has every right to sue him and it will be mom and dad that pays; not the insurance company. I believe they would rather hand out a couple million, than to have their insurance raised on all those fine expensive cars. His DUI charge has nothing to do with striking a pedestrian, although that might be the reason. He's not being sued for DUI, he's being sued for vehicular battery, pain and suffering and punitive damages. What I don't know is why it took the gas station dude a year to bring this all up.

So give the kid a break. Look, he didn't choose Paris as his sister, Hilton as his parents or that he's filthy rich. What do you expect him to do? Divorce his parents, change his name and run away? At least he's not as wild as his sister. He's a young dude who needs support; not our judgment. He already got that from the court and he's still in hot water. You can't be tried twice for the same crime, so lighten up. He's a fellow person folks and no matter who he is, he has feelings just like we do. Of course for those of you that never made a mistake, go ahead and attack.
