Bale Apologizes -- "I Acted Like a Punk"

46. Dee -- Your comment, "Do you think there are Re-do's in the real world? If someone bumps the arm of a heart surgeon in the middle of a delicate transplant, killing the patient... is there a re-do? NO." Is really not a valid point.. because that's a life and death situation.. you can't compare an actor to a sergeon.. Thats like comparing a puppet to Lassie.. lol

To all else saying that he only apologized because the tape came out.. That's a pretty lame point as well. Why would he apologize to everyone if no one knew it happened. If you listened to the radio clip, he said him and Shane worked it out that very same day. No one was fired. Everything got worked out SEVEN MONTHS AGO.

48. The same people who attacked him for his rant will be the ones who won't accept his apology. He said he apologized to the DP (who is my opinion is still a douche) and they have been working together since.

Tomorrow you could easily end up on the Whatever Happened to list..so shut your mouth and know your place. We make you and we can unmake you. When you die Christian, God isn't going to give you special attention because you were an actor.

Im sure you "hes only apologizing now because he has to" peeps have gone off on coworkers before....why havent YOU apologized to ME yet??? CB is a badass! Are you serious? Everybody freaks out every now and then. Everybody has lost their cool and cursed and yelled. Does that make you all bad people too? Just becuase your freakouts weren't recorded and played for the world to hear, doesn't make you any better. To call Bale a douchebag or a scumbag or say that he is a bad person and you don't like him anymore is absolutely ridiculous. Everyone is blowing this thing way out of proportion and it should not have been anyone's business but the parties involved. The biggest asshole is the person who leaked the audio. What gave him the right to publicly humiliate someone who was clearly stressed out, emotional, and having a bad moment? That person should be the one on blast.

55. The guy is doing damage control. He could be a decent guy that went nuts or he could be an asshole just being himself. I don't know, and honestly don't really care. I'm sure some of my favorite actors and celebrites are F'd up people in real life. If the movie looks good I'll go see it. If not, I won't.

that's the point!

he get's paid millions of dollars to play pretend.

we in the real world get paid piddly amounts a year to do hard back breaking work where we don't get the chance to redo the scene.

if someone dies on the table... there is no re-do.

My point is, he gets paid to play pretend, and if he screws up, unlike us average joes... he can try again. He has no right to be a dick about a mistake.

the point is... he isn't living in the "real" world. If he makes mistakes, he can do it over again, and he gets paid millions of dollars PER MOVIE

if a cop gets shot... there's no do overs... and he puts his life on the line for a piddly $46,000 to $60,000 a year.

that's the point.

People have to make real-life life and death decisions for enough money to barely survive on.

He makes millions of dollars to PRETEND to make life and death decisions, and if he screws up, unlike real-life he can yell cut and try again.

He had no reason to act like such a primadonna.

he's playing make believe, and if he makes a mistake he can do the scene over, and he gets paid millions of dollars to do it.
