46. Listen up, addicts. It takes 2 to 3 YEARS CLEAN, before your brain is clean. I have learned this the hard way with my son, who is now clean after 23 years of cocaine addiction. Prison with no drugs, and college courses, finally made him realize that he doesn't want to live this way anymore. We both have watched Stephen's problems on VH1 and wish him the best!

48. All you haters need to realize that EVERYBODY has problems. I bet you have problems of your own and someone thinks you are a waist of skin or an a**hole too! You don't sound like you are doing the world any favors by being alive yourself. Not with that attiitude. Addiction is a disease just like any other. Some people have it worse than others. Some people have fatal cancer and some people have cancer that will go away with time. No matter how angry you are at people with addiction it's not going anywhere. It is something that is here to stay. So either deal with it or just be an angry loser all your life. Your choice.

53. That place would scare me straight, actually no I'd go crazy. It's probably a decent place as far as rehab, but mostly for poor people, not celebrities. I know I sound ridiculous cuz that's not the point of rehab, but why is it Lindsay, Robert Downey Jr., etc got to be locked up in luxurious places? Seems like the judge is really wanting him to suffer, maybe it will work.

54. It makes me so sad to see how wasted he is. All his former GNR bandmates managed to recover somehow, but Steven has been in rehab countless times and always falls back. I'll be praying for him.

56. That Steven Adler deserves no sympathy, he needs to do some hard time in a county jail for awhile, now that would be tough love if he became Bubba's girlfriend in jail. After that he needs to get a job and a lfe. The guy's brain is fried, music is not in his future. The funny thing is he is always referred to as Ex-Guns' n Roses drummer but, that band broke up years ago. I doubt he knows one end of a dru stick from another. He is a classic case of why you should not take drugs. He can barely put a sentence together, let alone get his life in order. Send him to jail and maybe he will learn a lesson.
