31. Yes Brazil has good surgeons, but their laws are not as strict as ours. For example, the lady who recently got well over a gallon of silicone to break the Guiness World Record for largest implants, went to Brazil- because the states have laws about using that much for implants. So that's a pretty good reason not to go to Brazil. Those types of laws are there for a reason.

If you think that people go to Brazil for a cheap plastic surgery,Think again!!!!!
Brazil has the best Plastic Surgey unit in the world.
Just to remind some of you Ivo Pitangui is Brazilian and Jack Onassis went all the way to Brazil to have her face lift with him, no because it was "cheap" but because Dr.Pitangui is the BEST ... so before start to go around and say nosense stuff do your homework. And don't forget K.West mom died on the hands of Dr. Adams (oh ...just to let you know he is an American )
Dr. RAY from the very hit show on E... is Brazilian too.
Just remember that every time anyone go to an operation there are many risks ... so think well before you do it.

Instead of waiting the 8 weeks for the uterus to recede,she has to go to Brazil to have it cut up.Brazil?.You go to a Third World country for surgery,you get third rate surgery,of course.Like Usher was so very poor!People are ridiculous.To save a few dollars these cheap people will go an endanger their lives.Remember you get what you pay for.Let this be a lesson to everyone.And by the way,the costarrican Dr. Rey studied in the USA not in Third World Country Costa Rica.

It doesn't mean that you only care about your looks if you have plastic surgery, If you were driving a car and it started to look old and dull, you would either get a new car or repair the current car. If you had a house that was looking old and starting to fall apart, you would get that house repaired or get another house. Why should our bodies be any different? You can get another house, but you can't get another body so you might need a little pick me up here and there. Stop acting like you don't understand real life happening to a person's body. 36. Believe ir or not, Brazil has a better medical care and assistance and plastic surgeons than America. What might have happened to her could have happened in America. I had my tummy done in Brazil and everything was PERFECT! Result is incredible! So... it´s easy to blame Brazil just because people call it a 3rd world country. That´s ridiculous! Problems happens there and here... So, don´t start saying what u don´t know! It can be a developing country, but it has one of the best medical centers and professionals in the world! A LOT better than America, if i may say!

40. There has to be another reason other than being cheap fpr her to go to Brazil...obviously she has Usher's money. MAYBE we won't perform plastic suregery on someone who just had a baby a little over a month ago, but there's no such protocol in Brazil. 45. I had surgery out of the country..because the drs were better trained at this procedure (not cosmetic). American doctors are not necessarily the best. I hope Tameka recovers quickly. ANY surgery has serious risks and people need to really be aware of the risks. Its become so common for people to get cosmetic procedures because they see all the celebrities looking so good when its not realistic. It must be very serious indeed if she cannot even come back to see a neurosurgeon here. My heart goes out to her children.
