32. He is such a lowlife piece of crap. He only gives a crap about those kids in order to squeeze as much money as possible out of her. And his lawyer is a slimeball. This is something that could have easily been worked out between him and Britney. But of course his p.o.s. lawyer had to get involved once he heard about it to get more money out of her so he could get more legal fees. It's becoming more and more apparent that those poor kids are just a meal ticket to kevin.

What an uninformed comment. People who have mananged thier mental illness are loving and capable parents. My daughter has bipolar disorder and with therapy and medications is able to function normally in society. Of course there should be second chances, there is no issue on whether or not she loves and provides for her children...she does. She is, with the help of her father and others, managing her illness and becoming healthier for herself and her boys. Please get informed before you make such comments.

As for Kevin, he is a loser who will sponge off of Britney until the children come to age of majority. He exploits every situation he can, and will milk this and any other situation to fatten his bank account. While I don't condone Britney's behaviour in how they started their relationship, it does seem like she has grown and learned. I am happy to see that she has people in her life to help her, and I hope that she can overcome all of the challenges and be a happy and healthy mother to her two beautiful little boys. Kevin knew exaclty what he was doing when he got involved with her, he is the scum of the earth, and when the children are older and are able to read how they were nothing but a cash windfall for him, hopefully they will tell him to go to hell. In the meantime, I wish Britney all the best and am thrilled that she can have her boys with her while she in on tour!

35. Oh goody. Now the kids have about a 50/50 shot of enjoying a fresh hostage situation in a new state. But the tour will end quickly enough when someone does something horrible, like forgetting to remove the brown M&Ms, and she has yet another massive breakdown and the tour is shot down. It's just a matter of time and it won't take much to do it! Or maybe she'll just fake an injury (like a sprained brain or a stuffed up taco?) and sucker in more people to feel sorry for her worthless ass.

40. How is this a victory TMZ? She's having to pay this loser to spend time with her own kids, that's not a victory. That should be grounds for firing Laura Wasser and finding an attorney who will fight for Britney and her rights. She is their mother and she should have rights to those kids too.
