Britney Will Tour With Kiddies

Britney Spears, K-fedIt's official... Britney Spears will go on tour -- for a price.

We've learned Jamie Spears and K-Fed have now both signed the document we told you about last week, which clears the path for Brit taking her kids on the road for her upcoming concert tour. What, you ask, is in it for Federline?? How bout $5,000 a week.

As we first reported, the way the deal goes is Jayden James and Sean Preston will follow Britney to three hubs -- New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles. Britney will commute back and forth from each hub during the tour. She's also renting houses in New Jersey and New Orleans for Kevin if he wants to come along for the ride. But K-Fed gets the $5,000 a week, whether he shows up or not.

But wait, there's more. We've learned the deal Jamie and K-Fed signed memorializes the custody arrangement they've all been following since last year. Britney gets the kids 3 days and nights a week, according to the new agreement, which will remain in effect after the tour is over. We're also told many weeks, Britney has the kids more than Kevin. So in effect it's 50/50 custody.

Score another victory for Brit's lawyer, Laura Wasser, who sealed the deal.

66. Sandy, you are just about as dumb as it gets. She tours and makes music because that is what she does for a living. These kids will be just fine out on the road. It beats waiting for daddy to get back from Las Vegas. What, as you say," expensives", does he have to pay? Nothing. She is by no means mother of the year, but she is trying to get her life back on track. K-fed on the other hand, is a lowlife user who would rather spend his nights in Vegas partying instead of staying at home and taking care of those kids. I guess in your eyes that makes him a good father. As for lip syncing, probably half the entertainers out there are doing it. If they don't, people will see that they suck at live performances. Get off your soapbox, Sandy. You're not perfect either.

68. The people who got the short end of the deal here are the kids. Sure B and K get to split the kids and get equal time--but little kids need routine, not to be uprooted every three days. They won't know if they are coming or going. Kids are always the losers in divorce. If B and K want what's best for their kids, they'd make sure the boys would stay put in one place and then they'd take turns going to see them.

He only uses his kids so he can party everyday for rest of his life using Britney's money. What kind of a man is he?? He's so pathetic. Come on...get a job and leave britney's money alone. I just hope that they'll give britney's kids on her custody, because honestly...he's not a good dad. He's not the one who's taking care of their kids. 75. First of all, most of you assume that miss thang wanted her kids to begin with. In 99% of divorces the kids rightfully go to the mother, unless she doesnt want them.

Second of all she chose him and she left him - and/with the kids. How soon you forget.

Is he right in getting money for the kids? It's no different than a male celeb giving wads of cash to a woman raising his kids. More often than not, the woman comes from a simple life and no trust fund but gets wads of cash to maintain the lifestyle she so quickly got used to. Guys do it too.

Does he have a right to party in Vegas? Yes and so does she! As long as the court is satisfied that the kids are left in good health and proper supervision, KFed is entitled to unwind as is any parent. It not like he does it often anyway.

Should she take the kids on the road? No..... No more than he should take them on the road if situations were reversed.

It's not fair to the kids to uproot them from their normal environment and daily schedule on a whim.

Seriously, with all that's involved in touring, what time would she possibly have to be with them anyway?

Stupid idea. Goes to show why she isn't a real parent. GROW UP!
