61. If anything, he's the one that looks bruised on the side of his face. Old bruises at that.. and this is a pre-fight picture? No one knows the entire story but them so stop yapping and wait til you get all of the facts.

To the person that said that Rihanna was missing a tooth and crap. How could you see that from your house? Were you using binoculars? Or were you in the car? Or were you the one that did it and Chris is being blamed for it? It makes me laugh when some no name nerd jumps online and says they know so and so or they've seen so and so like they're trying to gain some recognition for themselves. Next time you wanna become an eye witness, maybe you should get a better story.

62. Everyone is so quick to jump to her side, when no really knows the whole truth. It is so unfair for us to deem him guilty. Do we know that he actually even touched her? There have been so many rumors including ones about her being very possessive, very jealous, not wanting him out of her site, also that she gave him herpes. I am a mother of very handsome little boy this makes me very sad because its already difficult enough for our young black men to be successful but to just automatically assume guilt before proven guilty is wrong. Give him a chance. I am rooting for CB. Look how unhappy he looks in pics with her. She is smiling and clingy but look at HIS body language and facial expressions. Something had to have provoked him or pushed him to this point if in fact he did anything. If he goes down, she needs to go down with him. I just want the whole story, both sides.

63. #10..... I feel you on that one! I was thinking the same exact thing! I heard she is very obsessed and possessive with him... that if he's out of her sight for a minute, she's asking, Where's Chris? Who is he talking to? Where did he go? etc. But it still doesn't make what he did right in any way. He needs to learn how to manage his anger with her or just walk away!

65. Lastest rumor is...there was another female in the car with them. I don't know if it's true but we don't have the entire story yet. Maybe they were both strong out? Or one of them was on a high? I just don't want a rush to judgement. Chris doesn't seem like the type to fight anyone...girl or guy. He can just walk away...which I think he did. Most men don't just walk away and leave there car sitting in a park. A real woman beater would have dropped her off or kicked her out the car and drove away. I hope for both their sakes that it's not true. The first story had Rihanna reported in a car accident and Chris with some unknown woman. Who knows the truth?

I hope she is ok and i was saying the same about the wrigleys comercial how long till they dont play in anymore what a shame such a promising future for such a talented guy all thrown away over something probably so stupid .. 70. in no way should a man ever touch a woman BUT, at 20 yrs old, ive been there. she's a bitch, a diva, her head is so far up her diamond-crusted ass and i know she pushed him over the edge...egging him on....i wouldnt even be suprised if she attacked him too. she looks like the type. just get him some anger management....she needs to be humbled....and hopefully both will look back when theyre 30 and realize how stupid this is.....

The reason every one is "taking sides" with Rihanna is that the woman was seriously beat-up - by who, it is not yet known, so i agree DB should not be deemed guilty until it is proven; BUT anyone found to have touched her should be thrown in jail - and if it was Brown, his career should be over; he should be fined a huge amount and thrown in jail. Let it sink in.

The USA is a land of laws; "clinginess" "giving herpes" and "annoying" and "possessiveness" are grounds for BREAK-UP; he should have left her if he was unhappy - NOT BEATEN HER UP! Preposterous.

Besides, he is ugly and looks like a blowhard in the pic.

74. I saw a picture with Rihanna holding a wine glass at the party prior to the incident. She looked LIT.
I'm sure alcohol was involved that night and both parties are under 21.........there should be charges on both for drinking underage REGARDLESS of everything....and i'm sure there's proof in the pics! (ask Phelps if he agrees)
Young people (19 means they're in their TEENS) can't handle alcohol and unfortunately alcohol won't excuse your behavior.
I am sure the two have had incidents before...there are signs in a man when he has issues, she had to have know he had anger issues prior to this. Women need to be strong and decide if someone is really right for you.
This isn't the first story i've heard of him being aggressive with a female either.
Abuse is wrong and Chris may be CUTE and can dance and sing but little girls, there's evil lurking inside...don't defend the boy. He isn't a bad person, but he definately needs help. My point is to the ladies making comments DO NOT blame Rihanna or suggest that she deserves it. That's upsetting coming from a female. It's women like you defending the brother that makes these men think they can do this stuff to ANY female.

by the way...amount time you've known someone or SMILES OR PICTURES doesn't mean you really know them or that you're SAFE. (celebrities know they're being photographed, you have NO idea what goes on in their LIFE behind a smile)
In my opinion...Chris didn't seem all that interested in such a strong relationship when he kept insisting he is SINGLE...to the world.
young men his age aren't ready to be perfect bf's, they always think there's something better out there and they get upset with their girlfriends for making them feel tied down...it is pretty common...has to do with MATURITY...
Upbringings and parents and choices that bring men to do what chris did. He can thank his mother for showing him that it's ok to stay with someone you argue with constantly....and his stepfather for showing him how to handle a woman that argues!
again...alcohol too!
