UPDATE: The L.A. Times has identified Rihanna as the alleged victim, citing LAPD sources familiar with the case.

Hours before he was arrested for making criminal threats, Chris Brown attended Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party with a smiling, unblemished Rihanna.

92. the photos of Rhianna should NEVER have been released. the LAPD has alot to answer for. domestic abuse is NEVER OK people. never. hopefully Rhianna will use this as an opportunity to speak out for fellow victims and be smart enough to stay away from crazy Chris Brown! Feel better soon girl!

94. ok, fisrt of all im a fan of both...but sometimes you cnt always blame the bad guy....wat chris brown did was wrong but rihanna most probably ticked him offf...i mena you cnt always blame the man...geez ppl shud tryy to look at the woman case...nd yes im a gurl so yeah im being pretty clear...hope at least rihanna is ok, chris brown learns his lesson and at least get to continue his career (after he serves his time i guess)
