No matter who, celeb or not, if he's guilty he should serve the maximum penalty.

363. A threat is used in the heat of the moment. If Chris Brown threatened to kill Rihanna, she obviously was doing something crazy to make him say that. She was not sitting in a corner minding her business and he busted out and started beating and threatening to kill her. If he said it, it's just that, something said in the heat of the moment. Not something he actually planned to do. If that were the case, many of us would be behind bars. Most people have at least once said, I'm gonna kill that _________ in the heat of the moment. The ones that usually do the killing don't say it, they just do it and stalk you, etc. Hope this gets resolved because there is more to this story. If Rihanna has bruises so does Chris, but he can't show his without being further ridiculed. He can do nothing but sit there and take all the blame, criticism from people that were not there. Trust, Rihanna is not fearing for her life. That girl is tough, violent herself and no weakling.

367. I think J-zee needs to shut up. If he made the threats against Chris then he is no better of a person. I feel bad for the couple. It's obvious that at 19 years old he has a dam problem. No one gets that angry to hit a lady without having some type of problem. Maybe his pass has affected him more than he realized, however he doesnt need jail time. That is not going to stop him from hitting someone else down the road. He is young, get him the help that he needs before he gets older, has kids and does damge to a lot more people uner his scope than just the girlfriend or wife. He is being punished now because his career is really damaged. But in time like all other celebs, he will bounce back. He just needs some serious guidance now and a structured program to help him break a cycle. And as for her...she needs some help as well. Instead of everyone dogging him and saying she shouldnt go back to him...mind your own dam business. For all of you who have never been in her postion..you have no idea what you would do. It is a different story when your in those shoes. Just pray that they both get the help that they need to heal from this. The are both humiliated and embarassed. And both careers have been tarnished.

370. A words on relationships. To all the guys, Any lawyer will tell you when your with a woman your one phone call away from going to jail. That's it, that simple. Anything you said can be twisted and used against you. Doesn't matter if you were just mad hurt, and just human. Never write any letters and give them to your girlfriend, they will be used against you in some form or another. Never leave voice messages they will be used against you or send text messages will be used against you. Even if you didn't say anything bad, it's considered harassment. Never go to her house if she is mad at you, you are stalking her.

When she yells and screams at you, just leave. If you yell back you will be the one charged. If she pushes you or punches or slaps you, do not try to restrain her , you will be charged. Run away and leave.

In the eyes of the police and courts you have no rights and are the aggressive male and she is the victim. A simple statement which is used over and over, "I feared him or I did know what he would do next", is all they need to arrest and charge you with any number of serious crimes. There doesn't have to be any proof of anything just her word and you better believe your word means nothing. And if she's mad you better believe she's going to do you bigtime. Not your girl, right.
