Rihanna Alleged Victim -- Deadly Weapon Charge

Rihanna, Chris Brown TMZ has confirmed Rihanna is the named alleged victim in the Chris Brown case and the allegation is that she was assaulted with a deadly weapon.

Law enforcement sources tell us the crime report calls the incident assault with a deadly weapon -- we do not yet know the nature of the weapon.

The crime report gives the victim's name as Robyn Fenty -- that's Rihanna's real name.

58. Its funny everyone is ganging up on Chris....but Rhianna gave him HERPES .... but oh poor girl shes still the victim.. Men should never hit a women...shes was not knocked out....she had a few scratches on her when they got into the altercation everyone is making it seem like he punched her in the face. How many times when you are mad at your gf or bf you try to grab them???? Because this is a Black man that has money they blow it up.
