Asians Want $4 Billion From Miley Cyrus

A Los Angeles woman has filed a class action suit against Miley Cyrus, claiming she mocked Asians in a recent photo by slanting her eyes. Price tag: $4 billion.

Lucie J. Kim claims to represent more than 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in L.A. County. Kim claims when Cyrus posed for the photo, she "knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ."

Kim says in the suit, filed Wednesday in L.A. County Superior Court, that each Asian Pacific Islander is entitled to the minimum damages for a civil rights violation -- $4,000. Add it up -- $4 billion!

Kim says Miley's "just a kid" defense doesn't fly. She says it's like Paris Hilton claiming to be just a kid. Ouch.

Miley's peeps could not immediately be reached for comment.

31. really 4-billion a little extreme give it a rest this photo wasn't even meant to be public I bet if I went through your personal photo there would be plenty of stuff that wasn't expectable. Just cause she is famous and rich doesn't mean she can't screw up and there is even an asian guy with them that doesn't seem to mind. If you can speak for a million asian he can ok 7 people to do what they did. Why sue only miley cause she is the only one with alot of money thats BS sue them all or nothing.

32. If I were Miley's lawyers, I'd ask for a list of the plaintiffs. Full list with full names. I'd drag it out as long as possible and counter sue for legal costs.. of course the costs would be Britney lawyer like, lol 950+/hour. hehe

35. This woman that filed this frivilous suit needs to take her hiney back to whatever asian cave she crawled out of. I know many asians and they laughed at it just as anyone else did. Even they think she is ridiculous. If she cannot accept that being copied is the sincerest form of flattery, then she may want to remove herself from the general population so that she has no contact with anyone, ever. Our courts are tied up enough with garbage suits like this, without her furthering her pocketbook cause. Take the whining elsewhere!!!

37. Oh please!! I'm 47 years old and remember before I was 10 years old doing a rhyme about Chinese, Japanese...didn't know a thing about being prejudiced. It was just a thing at school. 45. To Number 6 - A few years ago this might have been seen as a "quick buck" scheme - BUT - Guess What?? These days it is REAL. YOU CAN'T EVEN GLANCE AT SOMEONE W/O 'HURTING THEIR POOR LITTLE FEELINGS' They probably won't get 4 Billion, but there will definately be a settlement or two or even ten! It is really out of control.
