K-Fed: "I'm Gonna Take the Kids on the Road"

Kevin Federline says he's going to allow Britney Spears to take their kids on her upcoming concert tour -- of course he is ... because he's gettin' paid $5,000 a week for his "permission."

On his way out of a business meeting with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony yesterday, K-Fed told our photog he'll "be there" when Brit embarks in March, saying "I'm gonna take the kids on the road ... they need to see their mother, right?"

That's actually a very interesting comment, because K-Fed is making it sound as if he controls the custody arrangement and is "letting" her see the kids. In fact, we know the agreement says Britney gets the kids three days and nights every week.

35. Let me try to educate some of you hear. The primary custodial parent has the rights to the children. The other parent who receives visitation rights is just that visitation. The person who has primary custody of the children receive support from the person who received visitation. It happens ALL over the world. Every normal person like us pays for thier kids. Britney is no exception. She is a millionaire so $5000/wk is nothing to her.

Maybe if Britney stepped up to the plate and was a MOM, she would not be in this position. So if you want to blame anyone, blame the crazy one, Britney !

40. You make is sound as if Brit won all this custody back. K-Fed could have made it really hard for her to do that, but he's been a good daddy and made it easy for her..... without any money in it for him. So she's paying him to take the kids on the road. Good for him! She's actually saving money by not having to take him to court for it!

41. He does control the kids custody as he has full legal/physical custody of the kids. He DOES NOT have to agree to anything. Crazy lost custody and will never get it back. He is just doing what he can to support Crazy and wants the kids to have the mom in their lives. Quit criticizing Kevin, he is a good father and more level headed than people make him out to be. As for the money, don't hear Crazy complaining....

42. The real disgrace in this incident is that the court that appointed the conservator remained silent when one parent demanded money for access to the children. She has a right to ask to take them, he has a right to object, and if they can not agree then the court has a responsibility to step in to safeguard the children.

43. 39 level headed enough to keep making money off his CHILDREN! why doesn't he have a job? his music went 200,000.00 in the hole - look it up. kevin has 2 other children - he could have used this time to be with them. britney and kevin children aren't school aged so a perfect time to be with mom. there are plenty sane adults around britney to help her with her boys. it is about kevin getting more money and staying in the spot light. if he was sincere he would have said take the boys and i will visit since my other children are here in school so that i can see them. ALSO, people talking about him in Vegas is a big deal because who's money is he using. he should have to be accountable for child support money GOING TO THE CHILDREN NOT kevin and his girlfriend. there is a thing called savings that he could put up for the children. ALSO, like MOST fathers get a REAL job!!!!!

45. what has kevin been doing as far as work? britney has been working and working. i don't think that it is fair the amount of children support she has to pay! britney has been working since she was around 5 years old! and now kevin can sit home, get fat, go to vegas and people actually think it is ok? don't get it! for about ONE year out of britney's life she had a melt down, she has responsible people all around her, why hasn't she been given joint custody back? why does she have to pay to take her children? why aren't the courts looking into kevin's relationship with his other children? why isn't kevin being auditing to see if all the money is toward the children? what type of court system do they have in Calif?
