We NEVER see him with them and if he was outside playing ball, hide and seek, running around the park with them, taking them to the beach, whatever, I don't think he would have gained 100 or so pounds. 66. 59. He is getting paid because he is going with them much of the time, this tour is disruptive to his life.WHy should he not be paid for the disruptiion she is causing him? She can't just take the kids, which is what she wanted to do without concern for his time with them, and you don't want them flying back and forth so they can be with their Mom and Dad a couple of times a week. He has sole custody and could have said no to the whole thing. So he is traveling with the concert so they can both see them. I think half the people that post on this site are so young they have no insight into what is reality.

You call that REALITY???? She offered to pay him to let her take the kids whether he went with her or not. He life IS NOT being disrupted (oh, sorry, forgot about the bowling team). If he wanted to stay home, I sure she would have paid his airefare to come and see them - she's already rented separate accommodtions for him at her three home bases across the county. 68. Well, you know as soon as she said she was going to cancel her tour if she couldn't take the kids.......He saw dollar signs wither away. If she isn't gettin paid BIG, neither is he. So of course he agreed to it. Not to mention the extra money he will be taking in, plus the welcome to stay at the places she is renting, with the kids while she is at her concerts. I just hope he doesn't try to pull some romantic crap on her, and her fall for it. Because trust me, I see that coming too. She will start bringing in the bucks twice as much as she has in the last year due to this tour.....I wouldn't put it past him, to weezle his way back to her because the dollar signs get GREENER as time passes. Although I am sure he likes his free money with no relationship attachment, then again money can make you do crazy things. I would hope for her she stays strong and tell him to screw off.

70. I have to add something about what people have been saying. He should be paid for the inconvenience this is causing him?? Are you kidding me? Inconvenience? What inconvenience?? He does not work..& most likely does not care about his other kids so there is no inconvenience. I could see if he was working & was being taken away but come on! He should be staying home with his other children, YES his OTHER children, because he does have other children & let britney have the kids for the tour. They will be taken care of, with her & her father. To the person who said she should not take them on tour, why not? They are her kids & she is entitled to them now. so they should go, plenty of people bring their kids on tour with them but since they did not have a "breakdown" it is ok? what ever! If you remember he has four children. So, he is getting paid to support the other he had with Shar. Remember s she has his only daughter and the oldest son.
